Very cozy and beautiful house, with a great location next to the national park. Anna is a very friendly and helpful host, gave tons of different recommendations for restaurants, cafes and places to go out. We enjoyed everything very much, will definitely come back again!

We had a wonderful week at Annemarie's place! A great cottage, lovingly furnished, sparkling clean and cozy. The kids loved the children's room and the many play opportunities in the yard and garden. Beautiful large balcony, great terrace, the sheep visited us regularly. The location is perfect for excursions to Lake Waging or the Alps. We didn't miss anything and Annemarie and Martin are very warm and attentive hosts. Thank you so much for the wonderful time, we will be happy to come back!

The small idyll was a bit tight for 4 adults, but you can also call it simply muggy and cozy. The noise of the highway is so subtle that you don't even notice it. And so you get a really cute cottage everywhere peppered with little touches. This is still a real AirBnB where you feel welcome and where the owners have thought about. The quaint style is positively deceptive, because the house is above average equipped with charging stations, kitchen technology and co. However, I would treat the house to one more door that separates the sleeping areas from each other. Thank you for the uncomplicated hospitality It was really nice to stay with you.

We had an excellent stay for a week in Salzburg. Dagmar is an excellent host and takes true care to ensure you are comfortable. She is an excellent communicator and her supply of recommendations is endless. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed our stay here in such a beautiful part of Bavaria. We came by car from the UK and explored the lake to the North-West and also Berchtesgaden to the South. Unfortunately we took the motorway which had a 5 km section in Austria and received a fine of 120 euros!! So, take care the same thing does not happen to you..... We have used quite a few Airbnbs over the years and this is one of the best. The climax to our visit was the day we left (Easter Monday) when there was a huge 'Horse Fest' (the biggest in the whole of Germany with over 300 animals) in Traunstein with bands and people in traditional wear. Brilliant! Your hostess will look after you well. Thank you David as well.

For our whole group, thank you Elisabeth for a lovely stay. The environment was quiet, the whole house was very cozy and clean. Everything was well-equipped. Communication with Elisabeth was pleasant and very responsive.

Great venue and location. Ruth's space was well-equipped including a kitchen with all of the amenities including spices and oil. The apartment was large and comfortable. Ruth's bookshelf had guidebooks for Salzburg, which was thoughtful and helpful. Note that a washer and dryer is available but the cost is 3 euros per use. The neighbourhood is walkable and transit to downtown easy to access and close by. We had a car and we appreciated that we could park it for free. Ruth was easy to reach and responded quickly. We will stay here again on our next trip to Salzburg!

I was particularly impressed by the loving decor and the many small details that made the stay particularly pleasant. The location is great – quiet. This was a wonderful apartment! Check-in was super easy and everything was well prepared in advance. The place is clean, cozy, and exactly like the photos. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to cook and feel at home. The beds and pillows were very comfortable — we slept great. The view from the windows was absolutely lovely, especially in the mornings! It was such a nice touch to find books and even board games available for guests — it made the atmosphere feel even warmer. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.

Really nice apartment. The location is perfect for us to visit different lakes in that area. Nice restaurants are located in the walking distance. Quiet and nice beds! The indoor plants are so beautiful. Just loved it

We enjoyed the peace/ quiet of the surroundings. Marianne is really friendly and we felt right at home. Since there is also a bus stop nearby, we were also able to leave the car and take the bus to Salzburg (about 30 minutes). Great!

A lovely and cozy apartment with charming views from the window, just 10 minutes away from shops, restaurants, the river, and the sights of the old town. The hosts were very welcoming and gave us great recommendations for useful and tasty places nearby. The apartment was clean, bright, and located in a very quiet area. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a wonderful time and would gladly come back again.

Our stay in the modernly furnished house on the river in Gmund am Tegernsee with our two children (10 and 6) was completely successful! The apartment is well equipped – from the fully equipped kitchen to comfortable beds to towels, everything was available. The contact with the hosts was extraordinarily nice and straightforward. Questions were always answered quickly and competently, so we immediately felt welcome. The location couldn't be better: In the immediate vicinity there is a supermarket, various restaurants, banks and even a pharmacy. For excursions or day trips, the transport connection is ideal – the bus stop and train station are within walking distance. Thanks to the guest card, we were able to leave the car all week. There was a lot to discover around the Tegernseer Valley (Wallbergbahn, Schliersberg Alm with summer toboggan run, Blomberg, etc.). We can recommend the apartment at any time. Thank you for the wonderful time!

We had a great few days. The location was also great for our baby. Excursions to the surrounding area and Lake Chiemsee were easily accessible. Thank you for the stay!

Small accommodation in a very good location and with parking. Slightly limited storage space, luggage storage, toiletries, and clothes. But you can handle it.

Guido's place is great. The best part is it comes with a kitchen with all the required utensils. The connectivity to the place is great, close to the Fresing S-Bahn. Also, there are lots of restaurants and markets nearby, where you can go for shopping during the evening or just chill.

Everything was great. Nothing to complain about. Quiet cozy location in a family environment. Martin and Kathrin, as well as family, were very accommodating and helpful. Since you can't always take everything with you on vacation due to space, they helped out without hesitation. Very nice people. Apartment is equipped with pretty much everything. We'd love to come back.
