Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Rottal-Inn

The house is a 15-minute walk from the lake. There is a lot of space in the house and it is tastefully decorated. Especially the upper living area with open kitchen and dining table is cozy. The lower apartment has a terrace where the sun shines until late in the afternoon in February. Julia was very accommodating. Nice and good communication. The house was nice big, very clean and well decorated. We felt very comfortable, especially the children enjoyed it very much thanks to swings, trampoline and plenty of toys.

The area is pricelessly beautiful. It's very quiet and Josef lives right next door if you have any questions. The apartment has everything you need. If you come by car, it's better. We would definitely book it again. Thanks for everything

Hannah and Julian's house was just awesome. So much attention to detail and so much passion put into the accommodation. Madness. Especially all the amenities were sensational. A huge Weber grill, PS5, huge TV, games galore and a well-equipped kitchen! Thank you - it was really a lot of fun!

Thanks to Sophie for a great start with Airbnb. The place is really tip top, a huge garden and a total of even 4 bedrooms. The highlight is the hot tub. From the accommodation, you can get everywhere in the Bavarian Forest very quickly. A real insider tip. We'll be back for sure

The stay at the place was perfect all around. Jacqueline welcomed us in a very friendly way and was a great hostess who leaves nothing to be desired. The AirBnb is located in the countryside, with plenty of privacy and coziness to wind down and relax. And the way to Salzburg is not far. We will be happy to come back!

We felt very comfortable as guests and were very warmly received by the hosts. The apartment is well equipped and located directly on the forest - a relaxing and idyllic place! Highly recommend!

Clear, bright and easy to find apartment. Modern furnished. Parking space essential and super useful but poorly placed at the bottom of the parking lot wedged between a wall and a rail, watch out for paint chips when opening the doors... The area is well served by bus, and an Edeka is a 5-minute walk, great! Christoph is very easily reachable and answers questions quickly and efficiently. At night, the street is very busy and noisy (we came in April 2025, it was nice and warm, and I don't think I can sleep with the windows open in summer...). In the apartment, nothing is missing to be able to live there on a daily basis except a washing machine: it is in the description of the ad but it is not in the apartment, where is it? For us, French people who do not practice the same waste sorting as you in Germany, we did not find any clear instructions, please make an effort to explain them...

I had a wonderful stay at Nathalie’s place! The house is beautiful, clean, and modern, and the location is very close to a lovely lake. Nathalie is an amazing host—she even left a small welcome package and note, which was so thoughtful. Anytime I had a question or needed anything, she responded immediately. We had a wonderful time in Reinhold's apartment! It was very cozy, clean and well-appointed. The location is also perfect for a city trip to Salzburg. Roman's house is beautiful, spacious, comfortable and warm. It has three levels, three large bedrooms, with empty furniture for storage, two bedrooms share a balcony, there are three bathrooms, a desk, a pantry with many and varied appliances, lots of kitchenware, several board games, it's ideal. The indoor pool area has an indoor mini garden, with tables and sun loungers. We received the house impeccably clean, it has everything you need and more! We went for Christmas and they even provided us with cookie cutters. The setting is beautiful, the views are incredible, we had cows and even neighboring horses. The house has a terrace with an outdoor dining area, two sleds and next to a hill where we slid in the snow. (It's almost the patio of the house). Ladau is a 20-minute drive from Salzburg, with quick and easy connections. Thanks Roman, we enjoyed your home. We'll be back

A beautiful house that has fully fulfilled our wishes as shown in the pictures. Due to its strategically good location, there are a variety of opportunities for activities. Lisa had also left great tips (also for restaurants). We definitely recommend the place.

We stayed with Nathalie for the second time and felt very comfortable. Everything clean and very individually decorated. There's something new to discover every time. Since we were there every time in winter, we did not yet enjoy the beautiful garden and the great terrace. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The house is centrally located and everything is within walking distance (train station, center, restaurants, bakery...). Nathalie is the warmth in person. We'll be happy to come back.
