Come to us, kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The house is in the middle of two hectares of olive and almond trees. 5 minutes' walk from the white, Andalusian village with restaurants and shopping. 14 km from the beach, 10 minutes from 18-hole golf course and 30 minutes from the airport. The lively port city of Almeria can be reached in 25 minutes. Hiking and mountain bike trails start right in front of the finca.

The living room has two sofas and TV, next to it is the dining area, with a trundle bed, which can be isolated from the rest of the apartment by curtains. The panoramic terrace has three separate exits, a table with four chairs, a small awning and two clothes dryers.
