The house has a living room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, a bedroom with an interior patio on the middle floor, a bathroom and bedroom with a terrace on the first floor, and a solarium with incredible views of the entire Alcazaba on the top floor. Beautiful, fully equipped and comfortable.

We absolutely loved our stay at Joaquin's place. We were 4 couples with kids staying together for a week and we had plenty of space for everyone. The backyard with the swimming pool, a charcoal bbq and plancha; it was fantastic! Joaquin was a very responsive host, always there when we needed something. It was a perfect stay. Highly recommend this place. To be aware that the place is a little old, it needs to be renewed eventually but it didn't affect our overall stay. Just putting it out there so people know what to expect.

The very kind owner is always attentive to everything. The house just like the pictures spacious comfortable and beautiful I don't have any complaints we loved it. Also very close to the beach, the beach is behind the literal urbanization. You can also walk for a boulevard where there are several restaurants, very comfortable, it is also a 2in from Almeria and close to Cabo de gata and its villages about 30-40min we found the recommended location great.
