Excellent host, very kind and cordial, she gave us recommendations for restaurants in the area and it was a total success! We ate delicious food and spent a few very nice days in Roquetas, we will definitely be back!

It is our second stay,we returned after two years. This place is the absolute deal, we loved our stay,the apartment is clean and very well equipped, spacious and feels like home right away. Also the location is unbeatable, because you havethe sea promenade and a very good Dia Supermarket just next to the door of the house. Pedro is an amazingly kind and responsive host - and was a nice experience to meet his helper, Teresa who is also lovely and kind. I definitely recommend this place.

I had a great stay for a month in September. Renovated apartment, pleasant, very well located, 2 minutes walk from the beach and close to the city center on foot (20 minutes). Buses every 3 minutes to get to the city and all areas of the city. Great for the seaside walk in the evening. Lively neighborhood with bars and restaurants as well as many small shops, SPAR, Dia….. and pharmacies. Antonio is very friendly, responsive and ready to help. He is attentive and always finds a solution to make our stay enjoyable. Recommended.

We had a wonderful week at Christelle's place in Aguadulce. It was clean with gorgeous views and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was close to everything, beaches, restaurants and shops all within 10-20 minute walk.

Very good communication with Luis, we arrived very late by road traffic and he went out of his way to leave us the keys, as it was A very clean apartment, quite new

We had a great time, the apartment was very well equipped and clean, the patio was a nice and super nice, the communication was great, totally recommended, we will repeat for sure.

When I arrived, I even put a fire on the stove. They were so kind and appreciative. On the way to get there, we have to take two pictures of the navigator. If you ignore it and go at night, you have to deal with a surprise like we do. Hahaha. The sea view and sunshine of this property is truly beautiful.

Fini's accommodation is very comfortable, the living room is spacious and the little ones have space to play. The attention on your part has been fantastic and so was the communication. Overall I highly recommend if you want to have a great time with family and friends.

Five stars. Beautiful and huge home. We loved enjoying the view from the roof deck. Only one minor downside was that only four towels (one towel per guest) were provided so we needed to do laundry to have beach towels. Also be aware that trash can only be taken out at night so you will need to carry out any trash you generate on your last morning. Still great stay, would visit again and bring our own towels

Pilar and Christian are friendly and available. Great stay the kids enjoyed the pool and billiards room. We'll be back no problem. Peaceful and well located location close to Almeria de tabernas and cabo de gata....

Exceptional place to go with friends and children. It has everything to cook (iron, barbecue, rosco, beer pulls, ample kitchen…) and also if you like padel or go with children you have a paddle and tennis court in an acceptable state to pass the time. The pool is surrounded by grass with umbrellas and dining area. I would definitely go back.

The house is very comfortable, with everything you need and well tidy. The terrace is wonderful and the whole house is cozy and comfortable. Exceptional architectural work playing with the glass that provides a very well studied luminosity, on the top floor you have an exceptional view from any angle. Nijar is a beautiful village, I recommend the climb to the Atalaya passing through the old town, you are also half an hour from the best beaches of Cabo de Gata. Peter is very attentive and punctual, he showed us all the details of the house and we had a very nice chat with him. I certainly recommend her place.

We stayed a week in August, family of four with two children aged 5 and 8, having a very good stay. Pros: The apartment has all the necessary amenities to spend a long stay, with air conditioning and fans in all rooms. The kitchen is complete and has all the appliances and utensils you may need. The terrace is very comfortable, and the pool can be enjoyed a lot, the community being very well cared for. As for location, it is well located to get to know Cabo de Gata Park or visit Almeria. The distance to the beach will be about 9 minutes walk. There is place to park to spare in the area. Paula is a very caring host at all times and decisive. Cons: The ceiling fan in the small room has no power to move the air. The faucet in the sink has little pressure. Many ants looking for food around the apartment, you can't leave anything open that they find it quick.

Undoubtedly, if we come to Roquetas again, we will stay in Jesus' apartment: friendly and close treatment, and good advice in all aspects (restaurants, places of interest...). One of the things that surprised us was that the apartment is larger than the photos show, making the stay very cozy. In addition, it has to be added that the community pool is great... It should also be noted the ease of parking, as well as the good location that it has... We spent a few days very comfortable!!!

The place is as in the photo, clean, and Gaiva is super helpful. It is located in the gypsy neighbourhood which for us flamenco fans was a plus. It was quiet at night, there is airconditioning. The only point of improvement would be adding some safety to the stairs.

The place is fantastic, a very quiet area, but 15 min walk you have a vibe if you want. The development is fantastic with a very large pool and lots of grass and umbrellas. The apartment is spectacular, very well equipped, we only had a problem with the sheets and the beds, which we solve with the goodwill of both parties. The garage is phenomenal even if out there is no problem with parking either. We hope to come back another year.

We had a lovely friendly welcome from Gracia and her son after driving from the airport. Lovely apartment with wi-fi. Underground parking available but we always parked on the road near the entrance. Nice view of pool area from the balcony. The apartment is as shown in the listing photos. The building and pool area is well maintained. Always hot water available and the washing machine was useful. Around a 10 minute walk to many restaurants and another 5 minutes to the sea front. There is a large supermarket within a 5 minute walk.

Great stay at Silvia's! We were warmly welcomed despite the late hour! Silvia was able to adapt to our unforeseen events and we thank her very much. A clean apartment, carefully decorated and very well equipped in a quiet and well-maintained residence. I would 100% recommend this place.

We had a really nice stay at Cristobal’s apartment. The lady that welcomed us and her husband were really nice and welcoming people. Even if our Spanish was not the best, we could perfectly understand what they communicated. Overall everything was great but unfortunately we had the misfortune to visit Aguadulce when it was very windy outside and the exterior blinds made a very loud and annoying noise but with ear plugs it was better.
