Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Rome

We loved our stay here. It was absolutely perfect. Coffee and wine on the balcony was a real treat. I miss the sounds of the birds in the morning. There was a small grocery store just around the corner which was so convenient. The building was perfectly located. We hope to return one day.

Paolo is a great host! Our party arrived at different times and he made sure we all got in to the apartment without issues. The apartment itself is exactly as described and in a great location, within a 5 to 10 minute walk to Trastevere, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Campo Fiori, and many other sites, and within a 20 minute walk to the Vatican, Spanish Steps, and Colosseum area. Being so centrally located we were able to walk practicality everywhere we wanted to go. Great location and great host.

Great apartment in a location well connected by bus routes. We really enjoyed the balcony! Easy check in and hosts were very attentive and quick to fix a problem with the AC. The road is loud but that’s the nature of being in a busy city and we didn’t struggle to sleep.

A lovely welcome from Pietro, who helped us in and showed us around his fabulous apartment to the strains of Bob Marley. We loved the apartment and absolutely did not want to leave. Hope to come back for another stay soon!

I enjoyed every minute of our visit and Alessandra went above and beyond to make the stay even better. Helping us with recommendations and bookings and was alltogether the perfect hostess. The apartment is clean and very private and has all you need to stay in Rome. I especially loved the original floors and the grand building itself. I would love to return!

We had a wonderful stay during our week in Rome! VERY walkable to all the great locations including Termini station to catch the train. Plenty of restaurants right downstairs as well if you didn’t want to travel for dinner. Hosts were very responsible and also called us a taxi for our morning flight which was very helpful. Spacious bathroom and shower, washer available, and close to all. Would come back and stay in the future!

Mario, friendly and available. Accommodation for those arriving by car from the North, also very convenient to reach the Olympic stadium by car. Recommended!

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

I cannot recommend this Iris and her airbnb enough! The place was beautiful, clean, and had everything you could possibly think of. This was our favorite place to stay out of the few airbnbs we did on the trip and if I could do it all over again I would choose Iris' airbnb for the entire trip. She was also super responsive, helpful, and gave clear instructions with the self check in. Great host! Great place!

Sabina's house is located in a very good location. Close to public transport [metro, bus, tram]. There are many shops, restaurants, bars nearby. Still, it's peaceful. The home is equipped with everything you need and even a package of hygiene items that you may have forgotten to bring. Sabina's place is very spacious, yet cozy, perfect for a family. It has an internal terrace where we had breakfast every day. The photos are of the actual condition of the house. There's an angle for everyone, but also a shared gathering space. Sabina greeted us in person and showed us around the house, explained everything, gave us tips. She's very friendly and communicative. She even made the first shopping. A really recommendable place. A very good base for exploring Rome as well as the surrounding area.

The home is absolutely beautiful, very well designed and clearly a historical home. if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

The location is definitely the best. The place is just as it appears, but I think it's too small for two. For me alone it was fine and I am 1.50 cm. The fact that there is no elevator is an issue to take into account, especially if older people are going, but it was not a problem for me (only when I arrived because I was very loaded). There was no trash can in the kitchen, and for my taste it lacked a plug in the mini kitchen for the electric kettle, for example. Everything else is fine. Equipped with the necessary, very well ventilated bathroom. I loved my days in Rome! Cristina is always very friendly

this is a great 3 bedroom, 3 baths apartment very close to the Vatican and about 30 mins walking from several touristic sites. Maria was very proactive in providing information about the check-in and other information about Roma. She helped us getting a car to get to the apt and to the airport.

Romana was a great host: very responsive and proactive. She was quick to resolve an unexpected issue with the tub and came immediately the following day to repair it. She takes the time to message with suggestions to inquiries and offer help with booking transport from the airport which was very convenient. Such a lovely and warm person! The apartment is centrally located. Easy to walk to the main attractions nearby and walkable to other neighborhoods as well. Very safe area with a private garden which is a quiet reprieve from busy days.

Giulia’s place in Trastevere was such a charming last-minute find for my 48-hour trip to Rome. It felt like a true home—warm, cozy, and exactly as pictured. The snacks, toiletries, AC, and thoughtful touches made the stay even better. A few helpful notes: the Wi-Fi didn’t work the first day until I moved the plug. There were small flies(?) in the bathroom/loft—harmless but surprising. Water heater instructions were conflicting; I turned it off and didn’t have hot water later, so I’d recommend leaving it on. The hot water lasted about 5 minutes in the morning the second night but was fine the first. The door lock was tricky (turn key 3.5x, pull in, then push) and I needed help figuring it out—just a heads-up for travelers not used to European locks! Location was fantastic! Everything was walkable. Definitely check out Ciuffetti, a great handmade leather shop nearby. Overall, I’d DEFINITELY stay here again. Just sharing details I wish I’d known in advance.

I highly recommend Enrico's apartment. Strategic location. Furniture with details, including design, that make the difference. Small terrace. Safe and elegant condominium. Even for long periods. In addition, Enrico is always available and very kind.

Great location, friendly suburb outside of the aeralian walls, lots of local spots, very close metro with a change at termini gets you anywhere in Rome. Riccardo and co were very helpful, I recommend this air BNB.
