Great location if you are visiting Ft Leonard . Very clean and safe community. The home is very vibrant and clean! Family friendly the backyard was huge and clean allowing the children to enjoy the Jacuzzi and run around the basketball court. I give the stay a 10/10 ❤️

We had a great stay. Everything was clean, and it was the perfect place just to get away for the weekend.

I'm leaving this place a five-star review because I think it has a lot of potential and the hosts really go out of their way to be accommodating and pleasant. The location is All right and is quiet and mostly Serene. you could see the stars from the hot tub which was really nice, but it is not totally secluded as there are neighbors that are pretty close and their lights and barking dogs will keep it from being as relaxing as it could be. for the price, I thought it could be better. The place in many ways felt like short term, corporate living instead of like a true cabin experience. the home could do with a more comfortable aesthetic and amenities that would make it really stand out. Right now. it feels kind of bare in the furniture is not the most comfortable, especially the beds. however, I don't want this to detract from the fact that this is a really great place. The hosts are all really nice. and I would recommend and come again

We had such a relaxing and peaceful stay. The hot tub was wonderful and so was the view. We were so comfortable.

Absolutely loved this place!! We booked dogwood cabin last minute and were very happy with our experience. Very, clean and plenty of room. Jessica was also very helpful and responsive!

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at Jeremy’s place. The home was very cozy with plenty of accommodations. We had everything we needed for our stay, and our family really enjoyed the large gathering spaces and peaceful property.

We had a great time and a peaceful trip. The place was very private. We wanted an "off season" getaway and this place was perfect. I really appreciated the "spot lights" over the dine-in kitchen table…I could tie some fishing hooks with directed light. Would definitely book again and would recommend to others thinking of going to the area for fishing. Herkley met us, opened up the place and made sure it was to our satification when we arrived. It was nice to have a person near by if an issue would arise- but none did! Thank you so much!

Beautiful and Private. The home is clean and as described. The interstate is nearby and can be heard from the front porch but not at all from the inside. The view of the stars was amazing and the property was well kept. Other reviews also mentioned the driveway and it is a somewhat steep gravel road with turns. It was a little bit of a challenge in an 2WD SUV pulling a light trailer, but doable. It really should be mentioned in the main listing, but other than that the description and home matched perfectly. I would definitely recommend and will be giving 5 starts.

Everyone else has already nailed it: super comfy cabin in a stunning location with all the comforts of home. We just love to find places like this that are dog friendly, relaxing and truly away from it all. Since cooking is our favorite thing to do when we have downtime, this place definitely gets the gold medal for having everything you need in the kitchen, and so much more. From coffee to filters to every last pot/pan/skillet/basic seasoning that you could possibly need. Just bring yourselves and your main ingredients and they've got you covered! We really lived large at Turkey Ridge.

Aunt Phoebe's Cabin was everything my husband and I wanted it to be and more. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind from our busy lives. "Living" off-grid isn't for everyone, but we loved it and it allowed us time to unplug and focus on one another. Kathy and Heather were kind and helpful and quick to respond when we reached out with any questions. We are looking forward to visiting again in the future.

This was our second stay at Rhonda’s place. We love being close to the river for fishing and swimming. The grandkids love the nearby playground. It was peaceful sitting on the front porch or the benches across the street overlooking the river. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals (except a microwave), but we made it work. There were even fresh eggs and some fruit for us. Rhonda is a great host. She checked in on us a couple times. I look forward to staying here again!

I couldn't be more grateful for this place and Sue, I was here for the last 2 months of my pregnancy waiting for my husband to graduate from FLW. I was extremely comfortable here, anything i needed or had concerns about Sue made sure i was taken care of,Blue jay farms will forever have a place in my heart.

This was our second annual m tribe trip, both at this location. It fits of our needs and provides bedding, towels, kitchen needs and chairs for everyone in a big group. We love the private beach, both patios and the convenience of just walking down the hill to the beach. Also of note, each room has controls for the temp in your room and there are extra fans in the closets.

Beautiful area for a relaxing getaway. We all loved the lake and access to all the boats and floats. Kids loved catching fish.

Beautiful home with comfortable beds & couches. Lots of space to enjoy family and relax. Decorated beautifully with plenty of towels, blankets, cooking utensils etc for you to feel right at home! Layne was also a great host & responded quickly to any & all questions & concerns.

Kay’s home was a peaceful getaway on her lovely home. My husband and I stayed here while we moved to the area. There were delays surrounding our move & Kay was kind enough to let us extend our reservation. It took a lot of stress off the moving process by having a relaxing home to stay in.

This place is gorgeous. Great location, my son enjoyed feeding the fish in the morning. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The house is very clean and accommodating. Overall we will definitely going back and stay in this house again. Highly recommend.

Excellent Stay! We traveled from Chicago and we found Russell’s place to be a perfect place for us to land as a family for a few days. Despite being there for a funeral, the space and amenities made us feel very comfortable. Russell was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. His hospitality made us feel at home. The spacious layout allowed all six of us to relax and enjoy the inside and outside areas. The fire pit and grill were an extra plus! There is even a playground just a block away on the quiet street. We definitely recommend!!!

Great place to spend time with family. House had everything you would need. Close to Fort Leonardwood.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The cabin is clean and very comfortable. Relaxing sitting on the porch or at the pier listening to the birds and just soaking in nature! My dog loved digging around the ponding finding sticks and my hubby fishing. Kitchen is well stocked. Bathroom has lots of towels and extra blankets. Definitely go to 1st Street Eats, Yester Year Antiques & Collectables in Owensville. Owensville has a quaint historic district. We also found lots of great antique shops in Rosebud. Also, if you never been to Hermann, MO it’s worth the drive. We did the Stone Hill Winery tour and the Museum. Both places were very interesting! Another reason to stay at Oak Post Chase. Enjoy the beautiful relaxing cabin with hiking paths and nearby towns to explore!

Great host ! Fast responses if I needed anything. House was beautiful and super clean. Beds were super comfy too (which is a big plus) and had plenty of linens . Stayed with my baby and they had toys for him to play with and streaming services on the tv for some entertainment. If I never needed to come back would definitely stay again.
