I wish I knew about this place sooner. I have been coming to Rolla for my son's baseball games for the past 4 years, with my dog. This home was perfect for my self, my dog and my mom. I am a bit particular with cleanliness and always worry about Airbnb's. This home was spotless, well decorated and so welcoming. The hosts even included some extras to make us feel welcome. I have already told the baseball team about this home. While our time is done in Rolla soon, I think the host will find many families wanting to stay at his place. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This house was perfect for us (two people). Spacious living room and kitchen area and good size bedrooms. Loni is a very responsive host and always very friendly in her communications. We came for fly fishing in the area but heavy rains on the day we arrived washed away those plans. We still found plenty to do. We would definitely in this house again. Kevin

James was fantastic! We are locals to the area but are in transition of selling our house to buying property and developing it for us to live one. All that being said a winter storm hit our area. At the moment we are in a camper….we lost power due to ice and power lines down. I thought maybe someone would have an Airbnb around with a wood stove and this one did!!! We got in direct contact with James and he helped us out tremendously! It was nice to see all the wonderful comments about our small town and area in his guest book. It was a cozy, WARM stay. Just what we needed.

Loni’s place was so nice to get away from the city. We flew in for my brother’s Navy graduation, it was 43 mins to the base and 1.5hr to St. Louis. It was perfect. Loni was very responsive and her home was comfy. Beds were so comfortable and omg that couch was veryyyyy cozy.

Pleasant little spot with great access to the surrounding wineries and 44 amenities. ice cold A/C too, big plus.

This place is exactly what was described and more. It offers a cozy, clean and amazing atmosphere! The colors, furniture, and overall relaxing concepts it provides makes it the best getaway! The place was easy to find and check in. I didn’t want to leave! I actually extended my stay another day! Jon made it so easy and was very accommodating! This is a high quality place to stay with so many things to do near the area! Check out was easy too! I highly recommend this tranquil place for your next getaway!

Sarah was a fabulous host, the cottage of Simply Salem was beautiful. The home had everything we needed and there was so much extra, it mad for an extraordinary trip. The communication was great and the location was perfect for our weekend with family in town. Looking forward to booking again with Sarah when we return.

Don is a wonderful host. We truly enjoyed our visit to St. James and especially Don's gardens, deck, and very close proximity to the park! Fall colors were just coming into peak. Be sure to visit Maramec Springs right down the road! Very special.... Thank you for a very peaceful and relaxing stay.

Found this cute cottage while waiting for our house to close. It was very comfortable and pet friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful private getaway about 7 miles outside Rolla. We love staying here. It’s extremely peaceful, being lulled to sleep at night by the sound of bullfrogs and birds. Extremely spacious. It gives the feel of isolated paradise in Carly Clare proximity to city convenience. This was our fourth stay here. It is always a pleasure to return,

Aunt Phoebe's Cabin was everything my husband and I wanted it to be and more. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind from our busy lives. "Living" off-grid isn't for everyone, but we loved it and it allowed us time to unplug and focus on one another. Kathy and Heather were kind and helpful and quick to respond when we reached out with any questions. We are looking forward to visiting again in the future.

We spent Easter weekend visiting my college daughter. The kitchen was amazing for cooking our Easter dinner and making breakfast each morning. We had 4 people helping cook around the huge island and still room for others to sit and visit. The beautiful dining room table had room for everyone to sit and eat or play cards. We appreciated the fenced-in yard for pets. It rained almost all weekend for us, so we weren't able to walk around the area much, but did enjoy time on the covered porch. My girls enjoyed the hot tub before the rain hit while we sat and visited on the large deck. If you are able to use all the amenities, this is certainly worth the price. Very modern and clean. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. One bedroom was located on the main floor which was perfect for the Grandma in our family. The other two are upstairs. I believe there was even heated floortile in our bathroom too. We were grateful to find such a place for spending the holiday together and hope to return!

Very cute place! Nice fenced in back yard for the dogs to play! Very home like! We will definitely come back!
