Take time for yourself and make your vacation the most beautiful time of the year. Our house is located at 1300 m near the forest. In winter, the slope passes in front of the house, and the lift goes up behind the house. In summer, we are a little hidden and can be reached via a short gravel road. The parking area is right in front of the house.

Our Apart Die Almsünde in the alpine hut style is located in a quiet mountain location in Aschau/Distelberg. The apartment is located at about 1000 m The ski resorts Hochzillertal-Hochfügen and the Zillertal Arena are only a few km from our house and can be reached by car. The small, cozy Apart die Almsünde has free Wi-Fi, ski storage room with drying room, car parking!! In winter, winter tires are absolutely necessary!!! In case of snowfall, snow chains are also required!!!!

The holiday apartment "Unterlehenhof" is located in Zell am Ziller, inside an old traditional mountain farm that has direct access to the ski slopes. This 135 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi as well as satellite TV. A baby cot is also available.

The premium apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. A highlight is our terrace with mountain views. You can relax in your own hot tub & sauna, which are located on the spacious terrace. This is a premium studio apartment. The kitchen and the living and sleeping area are in the same room. There is a king-size bed for two people, and a sofa bed can be prepared for two more people (located in the same room!)
