The Flat sits just above our restaurant Sgt Peppers. The flat is family friendly, welcoming and homely. It carries on the vibe of the restaurant downstairs, decorated with a love for 70s music and film memorabilia. It's super central, placed in the heart of the town close to all amenities, with Tescos just a 3 minute walk away and the train station just a 10 minute walk away. All guests will get a 10% discount from our restaurant when they stay with us!

We are a short stroll from the main strip on Southend seafront but far enough away to avoid the crowds. There are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Excellent host and a wonderful property ideally suited in the centre of Leigh. Will definitely be back to stay again. Justin couldn’t do enough to help us and was very communicative, Thank you Justin!

The large bathroom features a glass-enclosed walk-in shower with modern fixtures. Gray tiled walls and white floor tiles create a clean aesthetic. A toilet and a wall-mounted sink are included, with bright overhead lighting enhancing visibility.

We stayed here the night before our wedding at a nearby wedding venue. The place was clean, well equipped and very well presented. Everything was new and the place was great. Lots of room, bigger than we thought. We only stayed one night but would be a great place for a longer stay.

We had a fantastic stay here! I felt like we had struck gold with the size, cleanliness and location of the place. The pool facility was a huge bonus and was so warm and incredibly clean and well kitted out. My children were thrilled to have a swim before bed! The TV had access to all of the catch up channels which was amazing as usually in a hotel, the children’s channels shut off by the time we arrive. If we are ever in the area again I would 100% rebook. It was super clean and modern and just a really lovely and friendly environment. Robert was so responsive and helpful. My only niggle would be the room was incredibly fragranced - from bedding to bathroom diffusers and whilst keeping the place smelling fresh is lovely and better than a bad smell, we actually found it a bit too overpowering, even with all the windows open. We had a wonderful time though. Thanks Robert!

A hidden Gem ! The room I stayed in was delightful. I loved the decor and the ambience. It was like the best boutique hotel ( at a fraction of the price.) Supercomfy bed, cotton waffle towels, espresso machine… Michael & Agne and dog Lando were all delightful and welcoming. Communication was fabulous and they provided me with oat milk on request. I cannot recommend their place or the delightful hospitality enough. It was a total pleasure staying at this hidden gem.
