The Northen Belle was a great stay, well located in walking distance from Margate Beach with a very cosy living room to relax in (including 2 TVs and ample furtniture). the kitchen was also well equipped with just what we needed for two nights' stay.

Stayed for one night, as a family. Accommodation was very clean, great layout and comfortable beds. Carvery restaurant and bar within a few minutes walk. Train station next door for connection into London. Supermarkets and shops within a 5 minute drive. Highly recommend

Nigel was the perfect host and his apartment was ideal for my stay. Spacious, bright, multiple balconies, great amenities with lots of towels and comfy bed and furnishings. Apartment is nestled in amongst some lovely restaurants, bars and cafes and a short 8-10 min walk from the bars on the seafront. If I’m in the area again I’ll definitely be booking Nigel’s place.

We absolutely loved our stay. I came with my 11yo daughter and my middle daughter with her 9 month old baby. My grandson slept right through the night! This was a huge bonus and it was down to the very calming and tranquil setting on the penthouse floor. We were right in the heart of Dartford and next to Central Park and it was a beautiful experience. The place would be ideal for a romantic getaway or a friends meet up but we also found it ideal for our needs. The kitchen was amazingly equipped and you can sit outside on the balcony too if you wanted. As a seasoned air b and b user; what stood out the most was James attention to detail. I could tell he wanted each guest to feel his warmth and have a wonderful stay. Prosecco in the fridge? Check. Spare toothbrushes in the bathroom? Check. Even robes for guests if they wanted it. The lift very unusually was not working so James went out of his way to wait for us and lift all our bags. A truly memorable family gathering x

I rented Lisa's home for my partner's birthday gathering, and we had an unforgettable time there—every guest was amazed by the property! It was the perfect size for what we needed, and you can very comfortably sleep up to 12 people there. The place was clean, spacious, with lots of character, and we were allowed to bring our cat, who had a lovely time too! He particularly enjoyed the guinea pigs! The hot tub was a great addition, which we managed to squeeze 8 people into! In terms of location, despite being right next to a busy road, it is very private and you can't hear the traffic from inside. We walked to the nearby winery for a tour and tasting, which was lovely, though the road is not particularly pedestrian-friendly. All in all, Lisa was extremely helpful and friendly, and helped make our stay wonderful. She had even left some fresh eggs in the kitchen for us, laid by the chickens in the garden. We loved it, and I can highly recommend staying there!

words cannot describe how fabulous this property is and how amazing Angie the host was, it was spotless, clean, had everything you could possibly want in a property. The hot tub was our highlight and the generous booze that was left for us to drink. The bedrooms were styled to perfection and everything was just lovely. We went to celebrate for 2 birthdays and we've made memories that we will never forget. we can't wait to return!

amazing stay!!! the property is cute and cozy as i had expected. it’s perfect for 5-8 people but 8 would be a tight squeeze.

Very comfortable, well equipped caravan. Travel cot easy to put in largest bedroom. Good amenities, bonus of small bath ideal for babies. Lovely decking area which catches the sun and clear easy instructions for access. Will be booking again!

Needed somewhere to stay for a family party. This was perfect for the five of us. Host was always responsive to any questions we asked. Very nice.

We had the most amazing stay! Jaqua is a first class host and the house was everything and more. We partied all afternoon and evening and it was the most comfortable and perfect place to be. The garden and bar are massive and then there was plenty of room to take the evening indoors. The bedrooms are all large and beautifully decorated. I could not imagine anyone being disappointed with a stay here. We highly recommend for large family or friend gatherings. Thank you Jaqua, and we will definitely see you again soon 😊

Brilliant host, fast and responsive to my messages and requests. Very receptive and helpful host. Clean flat in a brilliant location for me, with lots of shops, restaurants and plenty other amenities around. Highly rated host.

We had a wonderful stay at Sigrid's and Andre's. All as described, high quality apartment. Fully equipped, you will find there all you need for your stay and more. We have been treated with a bottle of bubbly for a start, bowl of fruits and Easter sweets. And obviously Lulu paid us a visit, our daughter loved her so much. Thank you and if we ever will be in the area we will definitely be back. Apartment is just 10 min walk from the beach, very quiet and peaceful place.

Ola’s place is wonderful. Private, clean, cozy. Worth every penny. Ola is a great communicator and left us very clear instructions on how to find her. Overall I would highly recommend staying at Ola’s place.

If you’re looking for somewhere central this is a great choice! Very central. Shop opposite and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Excellent place to stay.

Cozy room , conveniently near to Queens hospital(under 5 mins walk) , Romford Town centre about 10 mins walk. Had no issues during the stay, friendly host who responds in a timely manner.

The flat was brilliant, clean and well equipped. Kenny was a great host and was always helpful and quick at responding to any questions. Would 100% recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Nook! We felt at home straightaway, so homely and cosy. Canterbury is such a wonderfully walkable city too, so much to see and do only minutes out the door! We highly recommend Lorraine’s place for your stay!
