Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Rochester

Perfect location about a 10-minute walk from Mayo, a grocery co-op, and a dozen great restaurants. Mei's place looked exactly like the photos and was spotlessly clean. Having a washer and dryer and fully functional kitchen was a great benefit for a week-long trip. I would stay here again.

Our stay was exactly what we needed while in town for a lacrosse tournament. Location was convenient for shopping. Cozy, yet space for everyone (family of 4). Heated bathroom floor was a treat when stepping out of the shower. Towels were fluffy and soft. Deck outside was great for relaxing. Kitchen was well supplied with dishes, pans, and utensils. For me it's all the little things that made our stay so great. Thank you!

Exactly as described: spotless, comfortable, and lovely. A high-ceilinged apartment at the back of the first floor of a house built in the early 20th century, still with its original woodwork. Because it’s at the back, there was very little street noise. In the summer with the windows open voices from the other apartments drifted in, but never very loud and only during the day. Just outside the bedroom window is a green space, almost a park, with two benches. Large kitchen equipped with all the basic dishes and utensils and a nice selection of pots and pans (look in the old wooden-door icebox). Spacious living room with two recliners and TV. Large bedroom with high-quality mattress, two dressers and walk-in closet. Soap (and shampoo) provided in both kitchen and bathroom, and plenty of towels. The location is excellent and the value outstanding. You’re half a block from the Groome shuttle stop from the Minneapolis airport, and three blocks from the main entrance to Mayo Hospital St. Mary’s. Half a block the other way are both the Reform synagogue and Chabad House. Note however that the east-west blocks are quite long. There are a few restaurants near the hospital and Fresh Thyme market is about a 15 minute walk. “Lime” electric scooters are ubiquitous and easily rented using the app. If you can ride a bike you can ride the scooter, tho managing the speed and the turns takes a little getting used to. Bring a bike helmet, or go down to Scheels at Apache Mall to buy an inexpensive one. There are also some electric bikes for rent. There’s an extensive network of bike trails along the rivers and to within a couple blocks of the mall. North of downtown you can rent a kayak, canoe, or paddleboat from “Silver Lake Fun.” If you’re here, as I was, because someone is suddenly at the Mayo Clinic, it’s really good to take a day or half a day and get outside! If you have trouble with steps be aware that there are about six steps to the private entrance in the back and three or four to the shared entrance on the side Bao’s communication is excellent and he responds very quickly. This was a restful, comfortable haven where I could cook for myself and relax during a stressful few days. I recommend it highly!

We loved this little apartment! Felt like home and great place to just relax after all the appointments and testings we had to do at Mayo. Would 100% rent this place again in the future.

Awesome place! We stayed for almost two weeks while a family member was at Saint Mary’s. It was so close, and saved us the stress and money of parking daily at the hospital. Britt was very responsive when I had a question, and provided clear instructions for checkin/out. Great experience, and would definitely stay again!

We were in need of an extended stay in Rochester for a stem cell transplant. The procedures were grueling and we needed a place that felt homey and comfortable for recovering. We certainly found everything we needed and more with this space. I was so grateful they were dog-friendly because having my fur babies visit me on the weekends was invaluable to my healing and recovery. We were equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you for hosting us!

Emily is a great host. We always try to book a location owed by Emily when we are in Rochester, MN because everything is just outstanding and she is so responsive, kind, caring and goes out of her way to help you anyway possible. She is well organized and always has information in a booklet that can answer most all questions about rental and area. The description Superhost doesn’t even begin to describe Emily. We highly recommend Emily and any of her Airbnb’s to rent and you unquestionably will not be disappointed.

We stayed at the The Cozy Blue Haven for 2 1/2 weeks. It truly felt like our home away from home. Erin and Jacob thought of every amenity to make sure our stay was comfortable. Erin was very friendly, responsive and so easy to work with. The location is perfect for taking walks. we had a great experience here, the house is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood, there was no noise at night while trying to sleep. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. The coffee station in the kitchen area is a great touch. All in all we had an enjoyable and comfortable stay and would not hesitate to recommend this property for a family visiting the area.

Jill’s place was just as described. It was immaculate, I am extremely picky about things being clean and Everything was spotless. Jill was extremely helpful with any questions and the place is perfect for resting in between apts. her guide to the area was helpful and we would absolutely stay there again!

Great place to stay with littles. I love that they have a play area in the basement. Nicely remodeled bathroom and plenty of space. Comfortable furniture.

The place was very clean and it felt like a dream walking in! Had a hard time opening the locks in the home but she responded to my call right away and solved the issue. That was probably the only con everything else was beautiful! Our family loved the kitchen and made delicious food in it, we played outside and had a campfire (with her permission first though), and we enjoyed playing with the pool/table tennis table! The place was very spacious and there was plenty of room for all 10 of us!! Would totally book again and highly recommend this place!!! PS: Really loved the mattresses, slept like a baby!

We stayed here for my brother’s wedding, it was great location, very convenient to stores and the wedding venue. Small bathrooms, but still nice and doable for our family.

Such a beautiful place to stay! The hosts were quick to respond to anything we needed. The place was so cozy, nice, and clean. A fun downtown location. We had such a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in late March. Great views of Lake Pepin and the sunrise over the bluffs. Saw a number of bald eagles soaring past on the waterline. The unit is in great shape -- very new, clean and comfortable. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was well-appointed. The building seemed mostly empty and Lake City was very quiet -- much busier during the summer I imagine! Note that there is a busy road between the unit and the lake/river. Easy to cross and the noise was not too bad, just something to be aware of, especially if you're expecting peace and quiet while sitting out on the balcony. Hiking in nearby Frontenac State Park was fantastic! The National Eagle Center to the south is worth a visit too. Also, try the Nelson Creamery on the Wisconsin side! Overall, we were very pleased with our stay here.

I have nothing but good things to say about my stay here! The location is absolutely stunning! The views of the water were perfect! The home is spacious, updated, and comfortable! So much light! The floor to ceiling windows make you never want to leave. Good local, very family oriented restaurants and shops in the area, most of which were walking distance or a very short drive. I felt safe, comfortable, and at peace here. I travel often and use hotels, airbnb, and other lodging options and this is sitting near the top of my list of locations to stay! 100% recommend booking at the flats!

We had a great stay with Jackie. We had easy walk to mayo clinic as well as many wonderful shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place and anyone staying here to check out the Old Rooster antique shop as well as Midwest vintage toys and the arcade all of which are basically right across the street.

Comfy bed, centrally located and good communication! We appreciated the electric tea kettle and tea! Had a great evening at RiverTime Wine Bar!

Everything was great, just what we needed for our stay at Mayo

I stayed here for a week while at Mayo Clinic. It was a wonderful place to rest and recover. The beds are very comfortable, the place felt modern, and it was way more convenient than a hotel room. Had everything I needed for the stay. It is downtown, so there are some downtown noises - the train, traffic, etc but that didn’t bother me at all, I knew this going into the stay. Also, stairs to get to the unit, again not a problem for me. Perfect place, will be back.
