This house was perfect for a family of four with enough space for family time and alone time for anyone needing a nook of office space to get some work done. The beds were also very comfortable. We will stay here again if we are ever in the cities. Blessings!

The room was clean, and quiet 99% of the time... the dogs can get rambunctious when guests/friends arrive but after a minute or so they settle down. Tracy and Mike do provide everything you need for a comfortable stay and are very thoughtful when it comes to amenities. Their film collection is MASSIVE - something for everyone! I didn't see anyone on the lower (theater/room) level for the 4 days I was there so privacy was a plus. Thanks for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this new home—it was a great value for the price! The space was clean, well-stocked, and had a welcoming feel from the moment we walked in. Check-in and checkout were super easy with clear instructions, and everything worked smoothly. The kitchen had all the basics for making simple meals, and the comfy beds and fast Wi-Fi made it easy to unwind after a busy day. The home also had plenty of space for our family to spread out, which was a big plus. For the comfort, location, and price, this place is hard to beat! Thanks Godson for hosting us!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this Robbinsdale townhome! We’re from Minnesota but live outside the Twin Cities, and this was the perfect home base for our kids’ sports meet events in the area. The location made getting around super easy, and the spacious layout was a huge bonus—plenty of room for our two young kids to play and even host a few teammates after the games. We especially loved relaxing in the backyard and enjoying evening meals together—it was peaceful and felt like a mini retreat. The home is super family-friendly, with kid-friendly amenities that made traveling with little ones much smoother. The Smart TVs with Netflix and other streaming options were a nice touch for winding down at night. The kitchen was well-stocked for making light meals, and we found everything we needed with ease. The printed and online guest guidebook was incredibly helpful— Thank you Godson!!! T’was a pleasure!
