Un buen lugar para conocer Cancún, el condominio es muy lindo, buena ubicación, el dpto limpio, ofrece todo lo que indica en la descripción, Antonio y Teresa son muy amables, te ayudan con todas las dudas, solo para tener en cuenta queda en el tercer piso y no hay ascensor por si va un adulto mayor o presentan alguna condición, el baño de la habitación es chico pero el principal es muy cómodo, volvería a alquilarlo sin duda alguna

Stefania's place is as seen in the pictures, and things work as expected: the AC in the bedroom works well; kitchen is fully stocked; Internet is fast; a jug of drinking water was provided. The outdoor patio is really nice, especially in the morning as the sun is coming up, and in the evening when the temperature cools off. The location is close to restaurants and the Ultramar ferry terminal for a trip to Isla Mujeres. The bedroom has air conditioning, but the main unit does not. It wasn't an issue for us, as a nice ocean breeze came in through the windows and back-door when we were there. It really helped to keep the front-door open. The room was warm but not hot. As others have noted, there can be loud noise from car speakers and loud motorcycles later in the evening.

Nous avons passé 5 jours chez Anna à Playa del Carmen pour clôturer notre roadtrip mexicain . Anna avait tout préparé pour notre arrivée. Elle a été super pour notre accueil, pour répondre à nos questions et pour nous proposer des activités. L’appartement est top avec sa terrasse, la cuisine est hyper bien équipée. La résidence est un oasis dans la ville. Nous pouvons tout faire à pied. Je recommande vivement cet appartement.

This Airbnb is in a great location. Grocery stores are a block away, as well as a fruit stand and several restaurants. The apartment was nice and clean, the air conditioning worked great and the pool was refreshing. As others have noted there is a bar near by that plays loud music…but you can just dance along or wear ear plugs. Our stay was wonderful.

So happy we booked this unit. Very spacious , clean and amazing view from the bedroom and living room window. We left wishing we had stayed longer. The amenities ( kitchen/ in unit washer and dryer/ safe/ tv/ full size dining table/ balcony ) made it very convenient! The gym is right below and although small we were up early and able to enjoy. The air conditioning worked extremely well and having blackout curtain made it easy to sleep at night. Overall we were extremely impressed with how clean the building/grounds and pool were. Stunning beach that was very well cared for daily and lots of huts available and fresh beach towels every day. Good security on the property . Overall we were very impressed. Great stay! The place was very clean, easy to access, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and communication with the host was smooth and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Alejandra and her assistant Carmen were wonderful people. The Apartment we were in was well taken care of. We especially liked that they were nearby and we always felt safe, cared for and looked after. My Fiancé and I liked trying out restaurants and we love to cook. Because we were there for 2 weeks we were able to make good use of the kitchen which was very nicely stocked with cookware, plates, a good sized fridge with freezer, and a stove with an oven. We loved going to the markets to select fresh products to make delicious gourmet meals. We enjoyed the balcony for reading, playing dominos or just watching the world from this spot as the views were great. There was always plenty of hot water for showers. As noted, the location is very convenient to everything in Centro. The adage about treating a person's property (and Isla Mujeres in general) like we were guests and to give the owner respect really worked out to our having an exceptionally fun and enjoyable time. We only stayed one night at Alessandro's place because it was a last-minute decision on our part, and there was only one day available. We really wish we could have stayed longer! There are two large pools in the common area as well as a private pool for the apartment. Many times, the photos of pools at places in La Veleta look large but when you arrive, they are tiny and crowded with other guests. Not the case at all with Alessandro's place. The apartment is beautifully decorated, comfortable, private, airy and full of natural light. We awoke to the songs of beautiful birds right outside the bedroom window. It wins bonus points for being on the second floor and facing in a direction that gave us a magnificent sunset view from the private pool. Absolutely everything about "Panacea" (the complex) was perfect for us, including Fifi the Calico Cat. We hope to return some day!

If you get the chance to stay in the La Veleta neighborhood- take it! This listing is so close to many neighborhood restaurants and it’s not touristy… just walk out the door to the resort and you’re there! The pool is quiet, private and relaxing. It’s a clothing optional resort but we only saw nudity at the pool which didn’t bother us at all. Everyone was polite and respectful. Would definitely visit again!

Unit is ok, old stuff inside, kitchen ustensil were rusted a little bit, BUT the spot is soo awesome that everything else is non-relevant. I do not think you can get something that near the water with such a long private beach for that price anywere in the world. So yes I would recommend.

Everything as expected. Clean. There's street parking (free) right in front of the apartment. Check in was easy, Josue was waiting for me when I arrived.

I had an excellent stay -thanks Valentina! All the amenities were as advertised. I would happily return. A tip if you are a light sleeper, pack good ear plugs- the local dogs can get a bit noisy in the morning! The people and shopkeepers in the neighbourhood are very polite and friendly. Your “ por favor” and “ gracias” always are appreciated. I would advise unless you rent a car or like to walk 15-20 minutes to centro,a heads up the sidewalks can be uneven and if you’re not careful can be tricky to navigate- get the whattsapp number for local taxi or moto taxi (tuk tuk - scooter taxi) driver for trips to the supermarket or restaurants in the centro. I highly recommend Guido’s for excellent upscale Italian food and Casa Mission for traditional Mexican food in an old colonial home surrounded by beautiful gardens. Many excellent neighbourhood restaurants. Sundays are best for exploring the Centro as there are no cruise ships .It’s a stunningly beautiful island with many unique areas .

Buena ubicación, cerca de la quinta avenida y de avenidas principales. El departamento tiene todo lo necesario para tu estancia si requieres cocinar. Ricardo estuvo atento a cualquier duda o comentario de nuestra parte. Fácil acceso y lugar seguro, ya que nosotros traíamos carro y no tuvimos ningún inconveniente. Recomiendo la estancia con ellos.

Apparemment très sympa, bien agencé avec un rooftop très sympa ! Une jolie vue mer Très bien équipé, hôte réactif et attentionné. Je recommande !

Très bon emplacement , parking gratuit c’est vrai que c’est un peu vieillot mais l’emplacement , et la vue vous feront vite oublier ce détail !

I had a fantastic stay at Babel. The staff were incredibly welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the whole atmosphere was relaxed yet stylish.

Xibalba hotel was truly amazing! Really good value for money. Looks just as on pictures, beautiful design, everything new and modern, very large room with balcony & jacuzzi; large kitchen with everything needed ( toaster, pots, pan, cutlery and blender for fresh smoothies), beautiful large and clean bathroom; gym and joga room. Really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a comfortable place to stay in Tulum.

es un excelente lugar para estar tranquilo y lejos del ruido, Pero recomiendo que consideres tener auto para visitarlo, pagar transporte talvez salga costoso gran hospedaje!!
