Great stay at Cécile's house by the Loire! The house is very nice, tastefully decorated, very clean, the large kitchen is very functional for preparing meals and eating there. The house was well heated. Thanks to Cécile's mom who welcomed us very warmly and showed us around the house. Thanks to Cécile for her responsiveness to messages and advice.

Very well located, quiet accommodation as described. Michel was super nice: prepared us a full fridge of drinks and butter as well as fruit and a very tasty homemade cake.

Super convenient accommodation for a stay in Angers, city center very well served (bus and tram) Lidl nearby, fast food (pizza /bakery/kebab) a stone's throw away, quiet clean studio and small nice terrace in good weather. We will definitely return to the beautiful city of Angers and to Philippe's Airbnb if we can.

A real gem in the heart of Angers! This Airbnb exceeded all our expectations: exceptional location, close to everything, in a neighborhood as charming as it is convenient. The apartment is perfectly furnished, impeccably clean, and thought out in every detail to make you feel good from the first few seconds. Nothing is missing: everything is there, functional, aesthetic and comfortable. We feel like hosts have put heart into this place. An ideal parenthesis for the family, which we would have extended. A huge thank you for this gem that we would definitely recommend 200%! Small downside the incivility of some people on the street who can shout at 3am without respecting the sleep of some . But no connection with the apartment which was nice . Thanks again

Very good stay in the apartment, comfortable, smartly furnished. Arrival without problem, with key box if necessary but Christophe is super welcoming and even offered (without me asking) to pick me up and drop me off at Angers station, which made things much easier for me! Small downside, some hair in the shower, the cleaning could have been a little more rigorous, but the apartment is very clean apart from this detail. Please note that for people with limited mobility, the stairs to access the mezzanine (bed, bathroom and shower) are very steep.

Maryvonne and Jean-Marie are very charming. I came for only one night, for a stopover on a journey and I was warmly welcomed, the accommodation matched the description and was very clean. Everything is done to accommodate guests in the best conditions. I highly recommend this place and these hosts. Thank you for hosting us, all the best. :)

Very clean apartment, very well arranged, fully equipped, very well decorated and very well located! The bedding is quality. Free parking right across the street from the apartment is really a plus. Our stay in Angers was pleasant, especially since Jérôme's accommodation is comfortable. The terrace is a plus in good weather. The center is easily accessible on foot or by public transport. I recommend it.

Accommodation of a very good value for the money. Super quiet and functional. Its location is really central and allows you to crisscross Angers. Arriving at St Laud station, I reached the apartment easily thanks to the tram. Both Adrien by phone, and Jessica who welcomed me, were very accommodating and attentive. I found my base there to come back for a short stay in this very pleasant city. Thank you.

Had a great time at this apartment! Everything was exactly as described: the impeccable cleanliness, the very comfortable bedding and the neat decoration immediately put me at ease. The location is ideal, close to transport and shops, while being quiet. The host was responsive and thoughtful, with little coffee touches that make a difference.
