Monthly Rentals in Riverfront, Wilmington

This AirBnB was phenomenal. From the responsive, accommodating, and always helpful communication, to the perfect location. You can walk out the front door and be in the middle of restaurants, bars, and everything downtown has to offer. The perfect placement shouldn’t cause worry for noise as the apartment is perfectly situated in a peaceful area that is quiet and relaxing at night. We will be back to this cozy and relaxing AirBnB!

The place was just as described and we wanted something within walking distance of our event downtown. We were happy with the space and location. Although it is a studio, the openness, decor and sunlight made it not feel small and the 2 of us did not feel cramped at all. Jennifer gave precise, clear instructions. We enjoyed the space and will stay again.

Perfect location and a great space. Decorated so well. Thoughtful layout utilizes all the square footage so it does feel even greater than its size! Excellent all around.

Everything regarding our expectations was met. We found lots to see and do in the area. Great seafood and drinks in the immediate area... we love Wilmington NC. Can't wait to return! Jim Miller
