Apartment vacation rentals in Riverfront, Wilmington

Excellent place to stay if you want to be in the heart of downtown. We were there for the Azalea festival and everything was right out our front door. Summer was extremely responsive. With the festival, we had to park elsewhere but she was right on it and got us in the garage next door. I can’t say enough about how helpful she was! It was a little noisy, but windows are thick and she had a fan. We slept great but if are a very light sleeper it may be a small problem (she does have ear plugs). Highly recommend and we will stay again in the future.

This place is truly unique and looks just like the pictures! Loved every second of it and would stay again!

This was our 2nd time at The Birdhouse and we still hope it's not our last! This is our go-to spot for Wilmington. The place is spotless and perfect for any type of getaway.

Staying at Chris's apartment was perfect. The place was spacious and clean. I would stay there again when visiting Wilmington.

We had a short but sweet stay! The location is pretty unbeatable if you’re not going to be waterfront. Easy walk across the bridge to public accesses and restaurants and coffee! The backyard was fantastic for our toddler to run around freely and safely. The hosts were the best kind of people. They were friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again! I’m very familiar with the area and the house felt like a secluded getaway from the tourists and traffic on the island. Big bonus!

We enjoyed our stay. It was in a great location downtown and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. There are two parking garages very close by if you can't park on the street in front of the unit. The place was comfy and had everything we needed. My only complaint was the city noise on Friday and Saturday night seemed very loud, but I'm a light sleeper so it may not bother others.

Absolutely amazing stay! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The space was spotless, cozy, and had such a great vibe, it really set the tone for an unforgettable trip. The location is unbeatable, everything is just steps away, from cute cafes and shops to great restaurants and nightlife. I especially loved sitting by the window on the weekend, just watching the nightlife outside, so lively and full of energy, it felt like being part of the city’s heartbeat without even leaving the apartment. The neighbors were incredibly friendly too, which added such a warm, welcoming feel to the whole experience. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for more. If you’re thinking about booking, just do it. You’ll love it here as much as I did!

Ms Sandy was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish! She made us feel quite at home and went above and beyond during our stay. Her place is quiet and the surroundings are very peaceful. We enjoyed our stay and can't wait to book with Sandy again in the future.

We had a lovely stay at Ola Verde and we will definitely be back! Highlights: 10 minute walk to the beach, beautiful views, restaurants within walking/biking distance, and the on site paddle board shop was such a cool amenity with the nicest people. Special thank you to the incredible staff at Wrightsville SUP that helped us when our dog managed to get a cactus burr stuck to the roof of his mouth!

If you're looking for a little oasis to get away, this is a great spot! The photos don't do all the cool details of the place justice! Such a cozy place to stay to enjoy a long weekend getaway in Wilmington! Thank you for your hospitality!

This place is PERFECT! My husband & I stayed for a week & Kristin’s place had literally everything we could’ve needed! It was spotless, roomy, had extra amenities, & the location could NOT be beat. In the words of my husband, it’s “cute, cozy, & convenient!” The check-in & check-out instructions were very clear & parking was very easy (and not far at all). We only got in our cars to leave downtown. Her place made our trip AMAZING!

Can’t beat the location! Fantastic accommodating hosts. Definitely a good amount of footstep noise from upstairs if you’re a light sleeper it might affect you but overall excellent space and excellent hosts.

I totally enjoyed my stay there. Unfortunately I wasn’t there for pleasure and relaxation trip. It was last min and Brandon was a lot of help. Quick response and even called me to make sure I had no problems with getting in. I will use him again but hopefully I get to stay longer and really enjoy it. It was a beautiful place. Kathleen was a fantastic host. She gave us super thorough instructions for check-in and was quick to respond. My parents and I were there for Azaela Festival and we were right there in the thick of it. Everything was walkable! It is a louder part of downtown, but Kathleen provided everything we needed to sleep soundly. This property is also beautiful. Even better than the pictures.

My family of 5 had an absolutely wonderful stay! The views are better than the pictures!! We arrived at night, I would recommend arriving during day to get the initial feel of the breathtaking views of the ocean that instantly makes you feel relaxed and at home. When we woke up (just a few hrs after getting in) the sunrise from the balcony was truly magical. The condo itself was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed minus food of course 🤭—from a well-equipped kitchen to cozy bedding. Every detail was clearly considered with comfort in mind. We also loved having access to both indoor and outdoor pools, which gave the whole family something to enjoy no matter the weather. The location couldn’t be better—steps from the beach and close to local dining and attractions, yet peaceful and quiet at night. I look forward to visiting again as a family and or just a romantic getaway. I wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful condo.

The place was perfect for our family including kids! We loved hearing waves come in while falling asleep. The place was spotless, tasteful decor and the kitchen had everything you needed and more. Will definitely stay again!

Great relaxing retreat!! The oceanfront porch was priceless. We spent so much time out there. The owners were so responsive and flexible. We had two 18 year olds who had fun playing basketball, hanging out on the beach and touring around. We hope to go back soon.

What a wonderful location! Rita was a great host and very responsive. Honestly the condo was fantastic. The kitchen was spotless, the living room was roomy and comfy, the bathrooms were super clean and the bedrooms were both very comfortable. We were able to walk to the beach in 2 minutes and the beach location was great. The kids loved the indoor pool as well. We only live about 10 minutes away and we will be returning for sure!

Lisa’s Casita was our favorite place we’ve ever stayed. We love Wilmington and having the perfect place to stay made it even more memorable. Lisa is a wonderful host and she thinks of everything you could possibly need. We loved making s’mores at the fire and sitting outside with our breakfast (that was so thoughtfully left for us so we wouldn’t have to rush out). The location was perfect for going out to explore the town and Riverwalk after feeling incredibly well rested in the cozy home. We can’t wait to return!

A beautiful place, very relaxing and very clean. Would definitely stay here again. Beds were comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. There’s even a closet full of games and books. One thing that could be made clearer is where to find the swimming pool. We never did make it over there. It’s not obvious from where our condo was situated.

We were nicely surprised by how stocked with gadgets and spices the kitchen was as well as with a lot of necessities such as paper towel, trash bags, cleaning products… Gorgeous view

Highly recommend! Esp if looking for pet friendly vacay rental! Home was very clean, and host were very thoughtful with extra dog bags, even an extra sheet to throw on the furniture or bed incase the dog jumped up to keep clean! Was just a short walk to the beach which I loved and had everything you needed from restaurants, to putt putt to shopping literally within a minutes drive. The host was available and very quick to respond with instructions and check out info. Even offered to bring us Easter dinner she had cooked if we wanted when I confirmed we made it and received instructions.❤️ Will def be back. Very cozy stay with just what u need!
