A home built circa 1920, you will find peace and easy living. Easily accessible to restaurants, the arts scene, wedding venues, and history, this house is perfect place to “home base” while you explore old Wilmington. A single story dwelling, with the kitchen at the heart of it, it boasts heart pine floors in the original part of the house and oak in the addition that was just completed in 2019. With an en suite and a small sitting area in the master bedroom, it is the perfect place to unwind!

Chic 1 bedroom apt with balcony 3 blocks from the Riverwalk. Best location in Wilmington, near everything. there are 2 total beds. Freshly painted and thoughtful amenities to make you feel right at home. Keurig machine fully stocked to help you start your day. 50 inch smart TVs. Bedroom has built in USB ports in the lamps. Living room built in USB and outlets in the end tables. Nice outside patio as well to relax and chill. Free on site parking as well. This is the place to stay!
