I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place and I must say, it has truly exceeded my expectations. One of the highlights is the beautiful garden, full of greenery and peaceful corners. It's a perfect spot to unwind with nature all around, and the presence of friendly cats wandering around adds a comforting charm. The place itself is very calm, making it an ideal retreat for those looking to relax and clear their mind. Another great feature is the excellent location — close enough to everything you need, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cozy atmosphere made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. If you’re looking for peace, comfort, and a great environment to recharge, this place is a perfect choice.

Great place. Beautiful and cozy. New. Comfortable. Breathtaking view. And anyone who has no fitness agenda upstairs is really excellent for this. The place is clean and relaxing. Our stay was just perfect. The house was equipped with everything needed and it looked even better than on the pictures.

First, Tasha is a strikingly pleasant person, very kind and responsive, provided us with absolutely everything we needed for children up to a baby cot, and baths, the apartment is very spacious, clean, the air is good, and there is always a parking space near the house. We enjoyed everything, we totally recommend and would love to come back in the future!

It's an excellent apartment, but noisy. I mean a poor sound insulation — we could sometimes hear neighbours or noise from hallway. Other than that, everything was perfect. There is an independent check in, the place was clean and comfy. Also the host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we need during my stay. I would definitely recommend this option.

This apartment is amazing! It’s incredibly cozy, especially thanks to the abundance of plants that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The balcony is a gem – a perfect spot to relax and enjoy your time. The host is super responsive and helpful, making communication easy and enjoyable. Everything was perfectly organized. The only small downside is that the apartment is on the 6th floor with no elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage, be prepared for a bit of a workout. But honestly, it’s totally worth it – I would highly recommend staying here!

It was a pleasure to stay at Nino's place. Absolutely everything was wonderful. Has everything you could need for a long stay. We ended up extending for another week when our plans changed, because it was just so wonderful.

The most amazing and pleasant apartments we have ever visited! The best and responsive host. Maximum equipped kitchen, bedroom and working space. Spotless kitchen and bathroom, perfect linien. We couldn't desire more. Great location with stores and pharmacy across the street. Excellent playground behind the building and clean lobby. Everything we needed for almost 2 weeks with the baby. Manana was very supportive and answered immediately every our question. It was hard to say goodbye to this place. Highly recommended and looking forward to coming back.

We had an incredible stay at Mariam’s apartment in Tbilisi, The view from the apartment is absolutely stunning—waking up to Tbilisi’s beauty was a highlight for our family. The space was cozy, clean, and perfect for us and our 2-year-old daughter. George & Mariam were an exceptional hosts. When our daughter needed a doctor’s appointment, he went above and beyond, helping us book it quickly and ensuring she got the care she needed to feel better. His fast responses to our messages made everything so smooth, whether we had questions about the stay or local tips. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Tbilisi. It’s a gem, and we’ll definitely prioritize booking here again next time we’re in town. Thank you, Marian & George, for making our trip unforgettable!
