The property is located on the 2nd floor of the Italian courtyard. In 1 bedroom. It has 2 beds, a coffee table, a wardrobe . Air conditioning. There is linen and a clean towel. In 2 rooms( kitchen) there is a walker, kitchen utensils, washing machine, gas,hot and cold water, bathroom exit from the room . There is everything you need. This yard is opposite the Church of the Holy Trinity. The hostess cooks deliciously you can order breakfast. We are waiting for guests, we can order breakfast

The apartment was cozy and immaculately clean. Although we stayed there only for one night, it was perfect. We wished to stay longer. We will definitely book this place again when we visit Tbilisi. We checked in very late, and the staff was waiting for us patients and helped us throughout and made us very comfortable.

The host was very nice and quick to respond, and we were waiting for us at eleven o'clock at night.The room is large, fully equipped, very convenient, very clean, very close to the old city, about ten minutes on foot.But the entrance is a little hard to find, if you want to check in, make sure you stay in touch with the host at any time.

This is our second time shooting here. We stayed for two weeks this time. According to the pros The location is very good, many tourist places are in walking distance. The apartment is spacious, the linen is clean; TV, air conditioning works well. Separate outdoor access. By the disadvantages. The window from the bedroom overlooks the courtyard, where noisy neighbors dine at night, or clean up. Hot water - we never figured out how to make the hot water not five minutes, but a little longer. The host may know the answer, but we didn't bother. And according to recommendations - buy a couple of wine glasses in the apartment. Sometimes you want to drink wine at home, but not from tea mugs. In general, we were satisfied and recommend for the stay.
