The arrival was easy, keys were in a locker with a code. Apartment was clean, had everything we needed, and was nicely decorated. The neighbourhood feels safe and is rather peaceful (especially for how close it is to Freedom Sq.). There are a lot of cute bars in the direct vicinity, and there is a great place for breakfast right across the street. Although we didn’t meet, Mariam was very helpful and nice, also when we wanted to leave our suitcase for a few extra hours. By the way, heating in the apartment was perfectly fine!

We really enjoyed our stay at Tbilisi Skyrooms. Our group of 11 found the spacious bedrooms and large common areas very comfortable for both relaxing and socializing. Keep in mind this is not a 5-star hotel, but great apartments — manage expectations and you won’t be disappointed. There were some minor issues: one shower didn’t work, another had a sewage smell, elevator noise above one room, and rain caused leaks in the common area (not bedrooms). Giorgi was always responsive and ready to help. The kitchen isn’t suited for full meals for a large group—only one working burner, a Turkish coffee pot, one pan, a filter coffee machine, and limited dishes, though cups, glasses, and forks were sufficient. Additional pluses include a clean building entrance, a well-functioning elevator, two metro stations nearby, and three grocery stores in the same building. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives—we left fully satisfied with our stay.

The best,most spacious,well furnished,clean place,highly recommended.I give the experience 9/10 for the simple reason that the beds are not so comfortable,for sure one gets used to that,but everything else was great.The place is private.The neighbourhood has a lot of shops,restaurants,a juice place in two minutes but it is kinda sketchy at night,which the host has nothing to with.If the mattress or the beds are changed the place will be without any flaws.I highly recommend.We stayed 2 weeks,we’d love to come back.

This place is awesomely spacious and nicely uncluttered. It was freeing being there. It is very sunny and the location on a side road combines easy access to the main road with quiet for a good night sleep. The Internet was good, and I really enjoyed the large table for laptop work. Nana was very friendly and responsive.

We absolutely LOVED this apartment. The living room alone is worth raving about, and the beds are very comfortable. It feels more like a Parisian apartment with lofty and airy windows, and beautiful white decors. The owner has good taste and it’s the perfect place to unwind. We didn’t want to leave!! It even has a small balcony. The spiral staircase can be a feature. Don’t carry too much luggage. The apartment is located inside a beautiful house right opposite from a huge part. Location is extremely convenient, we can walk to most places, and feels very safe even past midnight.

I had a great stay at Medea's place! I was there for about two months, and found it to be a great place to work and rest. The apartment is located in a very interesting part of the city with much to do, and the rest of Tbilisi is easily accessible by foot or by public transportation. The apartment itself was very nice and spacious, and Medea was very kind and responsive whenever I had questions or concerns about anything! I'd absolutely recommend staying here to anyone planning on coming to Tbilisi!
