We had a great time staying at Eka's flat, which was very comfortable and above all in a great location from almost every viewpoint: cafes, restaurants, even for catching the bus to the airport. Eka was a responsive and helpful host. We can't wait for our next stay.

The apartment is very spacious and clean. It has a large kitchen and a bathroom with bath tub. The location is fantastic so that we can easily go anywhere on foot. The owner responses quickly so there was no worry about anything. We really enjoyed staying at the apartment as well as spending time in Tbilisi.

I can recommend Nica'a place for your stay. It is well located in a vital district and organized smart. I had no problems communicating with Nica and would come back in case it will be vacant during my next trip to Tbilisi.

The location is good, centrally located. Communication with Laven is very good. Quick and effective. The place is just what he described. He has 2 aircon/heater, one in the living room and another one in the main bedroom. Other rooms has no heater. Big balcony with view of city. During my stay, I was having a problem about the car park in the back yard. It seemed that all spaces occupied by his Neighbours. Anyway, there is public street parking in front of the apartment with 1 GEL / hour.

When you enter the apartment, you immediately feel like you've come back home. It is very cozy, warm, and comfortable. The apartment has high ceilings, creating a spacious atmosphere. The furniture and design are works of art - everything is well thought out. If you need anything, you can find it there. I must say that reality surpasses the photos. Additionally, the bedroom windows overlook a calm courtyard; we slept peacefully all night with them open. We were delighted to discover this apartment and will definitely stay again! From start to finish, Teona was a pleasure to work with. She was immediately responsive to every question, at any hour of the day or night. The house was lovely and exactly as described. We loved the en-suite bedrooms plus the extra downstairs powder room. The grandchildren enjoyed playing on the back terrace. The back kitchen was small but sweet. The perfect family getaway!

We really enjoyed the space! Great location: fresh food market, many supermarkets and restaurants! To the old town by taxi, but the taxi is very cheap and we moved everywhere by taxi!!! Great accommodation!!!

A superb experience with Irakli and Tamara’s place. In short of words to describe how beautiful the place is. Right in the heart of the city and most of the attractions are at a walking distance, yet surrounded by nature. The apartment is spacious and lovely. Perfect if you want to be in the city, and experience nature. The apartment was crystal clean (exactly how the pictures show) and with all the amenities mentioned. Irakli and Tamara are a lovely host and just a message away. They are super friendly and always ready to assist.

Tamar is a very nice host. She is very much helpful. She told us about all the local markets nearby and place to eat and shop. Her place is in the centre of Tbilisi. Metro and Bus Stop is just 1 min walk. Our checkout was too late, yet she didn’t charge a single penny for that. She is very polite and responsive. I would recommend any person who comes to Tbilisi for visit to stay at her apartment.

Giorgi's place was awesome! Super clean and had everything we needed. Giorgi himself was amazing—he lives next door and was always quick to help with anything. He even went out of his way to help my parents, who don’t speak English, with their checkout and getting to the airport. Such a thoughtful host! Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing week at Madlen's house. Especially the pool and outdoor area was lovely.

Nina is a friendly and easy-to-speak person, flat is pretty big and clean, but a slow wi-fi inside (less than 40mbps)

It was so nice for the price. It's better than the pictures!!! The night view is also so cool. However, you have to pay an additional fee for the swimming pool and gym, and it's a little expensive at 60,000 won each.

Naira was very hospitable and met us at the door. Gave us a wonderful recommendation where to eat. I would gladly stay here again.

House is just a gem! Location was perfect for us, but also a quick ride into downtown. The house and grounds are all incredible. We were there in the winter and it was lovely, but it must be incredible over the summer. Tamara was a very responsive host. Would highly recommend.

Nice apartment, but a little tired. Panoramic windows, beautiful view from the balcony, table on the balcony) enjoyed breakfast and dinner there) quite quiet neighborhood. Neighbors did not bother. You can safely walk to the center or take a bus. There are all the necessary things for your stay. The only thing I asked for was laundry detergent, the host provided no problem. Recommended.
