Naira was very hospitable and met us at the door. Gave us a wonderful recommendation where to eat. I would gladly stay here again.

House is just a gem! Location was perfect for us, but also a quick ride into downtown. The house and grounds are all incredible. We were there in the winter and it was lovely, but it must be incredible over the summer. Tamara was a very responsive host. Would highly recommend.

We had a great time in this spacious and modern house. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The wifi was fast, all the appliances are in great condition. Beautiful view on Tbilisi from the top balcony. Just keep in mind that parking next to the house is only for one car and there is nearby temporary construction.

We came 9 friens for a vacation and we had a great time thenks to this amazing place. the host was super nice and responsive, she was available at every hour and always make sure that we have everything we need. The hotel facilities was great and comfortable. Thank you very much. very recommended!

We came to Tbilisi to get married. The groom arrived first , checked in early. The next day I arrived (the bride) and our friends. The house is very comfortable , comfortable for living. Zura's parents met us, very nice, friendly people. Thank you. 20 seconds from the house there is a grocery store, vegetable stalls, and a bakery. Meters in 30 khinkalnaya, and a meat store. Everything is very compact, at hand. Zura, thank you for your happy home. Cheers to you and your loved ones.

We stayed at this lovely home in Tbilisi for a week with my wife and family, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The house was very clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay — from a well-stocked kitchen to reliable heating and cooling. The location was excellent, with all daily necessities like supermarkets, bakeries, and shops just a short walk away. This made everything very convenient and stress-free during our stay. The host was also very kind and responsive, always available whenever we had a question or request, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tbilisi. If you’re looking for a cozy, clean, and well-located home for your stay, this is the perfect choice!

Best host ever! We stayed in their lovely place for 3.5 month with a newborn baby. They had welcomed couples with newborn babies in the past few times so they had experience and knew what to do. Their place is on the 1st floor (2nd floor in American way) of their residence which is on the ground floor with a lovely garden. Their place was very spacious, clean, bright, quiet and looked MUCH better than in the photos. We particularly enjoyed the host's hospitality and their company. They gave us rides to the hospital for our baby's check ups and vaccination, made us lovely (and the best!) Kachapuri (cheese bread) time to time, or even brought us a Christmas tree. One of the best memory for us as when we were invited to their place to spend the count down for New Year's Eve. They treated us with lovely traditional Georgian dishes. They made our stay in Tbilisi so welcoming and at-home. Now we miss them and their place very much!

Great place to stay, but if you rent one. I think for a couple there will be some discomfort in the form of a bathroom and toilet combined with the bedroom. In general, adequate price, well-maintained apartment, great location. If I go to Tbilisi again, I would rent this apartment again.

Maka's place is amazing, you will not be disappointed. the property is beautiful, with a great yard with an outdoor bbq area that would be amazing for a group event. The home's decor is elegant and comfortable. The second floor deck/patio was a huge plus feature for me and my dog. There are 2-3 stores within a short <5 minute walk where you can get supplies and groceries. The house is a short ride from the center of the city, I never had trouble getting Bolt Delivery, or a Bolt ride when I wanted to go to the city center. Maka and her family are gracious and hospitable hosts. There is 1 bathroom (large shower, and toilet) connected via the kitchen, so that may be important to note if you have a larger group. I have rented many places, and I highly recommend Maka's place!

Absolutely wonderful house. Everything is designed and laid out with such care, it really felt like a space people loved to spend time in and made cozy for themselves. Ridiculously well stocked kitchen — we didn't have to buy any spices or oil for the NYE dinner, anything we needed was in the pantry for us to use. Very portable and easy to use grill in the courtyard, too. The bedrooms were also amazingly cozy — I don't think I have had better sleep anywhere in all my life than in those beds. <3 The house is only about 15 minutes away (on foot) from Marjanishvili with its restaurants and shops and markets, and the rest of Tbilisi was easily accessible by metro. My only complaint — the water pressure in the bathroom was just enough for a shower, but a little weak for running a full bath (the water would cool by the time it filled up). Other than that, this house might be the best airbnb I've ever stayed at, and I would love to come again. <3

Our second stay at Gizo’s place was just as great. The only problem is if you have toddlers, all the stairs to get to the house can be tough. And the stairs inside the home are steep as well. A Even for our children over 4 it was great. For our youngest who was 18 months it was tough and we had to carry him up and down many stairs along with luggage. If you have no kids or kids age 3+ than the place is 5 stars, no issues whatsoever!!

We've had a great BBQ party in the yard. The terrace on the third floor looks great, with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. The owners were very nice and helpful.

Shorena is a fantastic and friendly superhost, she always responded quickly to our questions, or concerns. Her mother who lives next door is also very friendly, helpful, and speedy to assist with anything! We stayed for 1 month with our toddlers and it was a very fun location. The Old Time restaurant that’s 1 min away is amazing. Everything you will need is within short walking distance. We really enjoyed exploring this area, and it’s also kid and stroller friendly. The home is just like the photos and very clean. The furniture, walls, bathrooms, and etc were all very clean. The beds are VERY comfortable and the bedding is luxurious. The kitchen is updated, and is well equipped with silverware + dishes. Great for at home cooking. The sink, stove and oven are modern and nice! The wifi worked great, we never had any issues. There’s A/C units in each room, and radiant heating, both work great! Washing machine works great. Don’t let the rough alley scare you, this is a hidden gem! :)

this has been the best airbmb experience I have had so far as a freauent traveler. Giorgi was absolutly amazing, great, reaponsive, helpful host who went above and beyond in every aspect, from flexible check in to his responsiveness within the shortes time period. have nothing but great things to say about giorgi as a host and the apartment felt like home. highly recommend and will deffinately be using again on my next trips.

Outstanding location and a friendly host. Khatuna helped us and answered any questions, in addition, she gave a clear instruction how to get in the room. The place was located in a great part of Tbilis. We had pleasure time and I think return again!

The most helpful landlady ever! She helped us organise a surprise birthday party. She came home before us and prepared the cake and balloons and everything!! The view is also amazing in the balcony. We are super greatful for everything
