The owner responded so kindly and even booked a taxi to the airport for the last trip. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet, so it was a great help in getting a good night's sleep. The bed sheet was softer than other accommodations, and I could feel the cleanliness, so it was the best accommodation.

We had a wonderful one-week stay at Khati’s place in Tbilisi! The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated just like in the photos. The kitchen was a real highlight: huge, well-equipped, and perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking. There were plenty of utensils, pots, and everything else we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, with a lovely yard that’s perfect for pets. Bonnie, the yard dog, was such a sweet companion and made the place feel even more welcoming. The overall vibe of the home was cozy and aesthetic, and we felt comfortable right away. A few small things could be improved — better ventilation, newer AC and TV, and we really missed having a full-length mirror. A bit more lighting and some basic cleaning supplies would’ve been nice too. But these were minor compared to how much we enjoyed our stay. Would happily stay again!

We stayed with a large group for a wedding. the house and garden accommodated us all well. There were plenty of things in the kitchen so we could cook for a large group. There was a 24 hour restaurant and supermarket within 50 meters. Rustaveli metro station was about 15 minutes walk downhill. Lena was responsive to messages, and sent clear instructions prior to check in. 100% recommend.

This home was perfect for my six week stay. The bedroom, kitchen and living area were the perfect size and the rooftop was a bonus. The views and the outdoor space were gorgeous and added much joy to my stay. Tamar was the ideal host, always friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend this as a home for your stay in Tbilisi.

Perfectly located, I was sitting hours just enjoying the night city view. lots of kitchen utensils. Very clean and comfortable. Great back yard with everything needed for barbecue. Will definitely come again!

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Bird Nest in Tbilisi for 4 wonderful days, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The house itself is extremely cozy, warm, and welcoming — every little detail made us feel so comfortable and cared for. A special mention to our amazing host, Tamar, who is a truly remarkable lady. She was always ready to help, answer any of our questions, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her hospitality and kindness made our experience even more memorable. We would wholeheartedly recommend anyone visiting Tbilisi to stay at this special Bird Nest — you won’t be disappointed! It’s a hidden gem that offers not just a place to stay, but a genuine feeling of belonging. The house was really as described. Tinatin was verg helpful. It wasn’t difficult to find and is located close to the city center. The garden, in particular, was very enjoyable. Thank you for everything.

Great accommodation in Tbilisi - everything went great. I recommend it!

Beautiful interiors and very comfortable space. Only drawback is the noise from the traffic which makes use of balcony slightly marred. But the noise cannot be harmed with windows closed. Great hosts

Amazing spacious apartment! It was perfect for our gathering of three people. The balcony overlooking a Trinity church was a big bonus. The place is very close to metro, grocery shops and its in walking distance to all major attractions of old Tbilisi. We'll definitely stay again!

Everything is just perfect. Location is amazing and very convenient - there are lots of cafes/restaurants, stores, supermarkets and two parks nearby. Apartment is modern and clean, perfectly matches photos and has all listed amenities. The host is great - very friendly and responsive. I will definitely stay here again next time. Everything was perfect In flat, location is great, very close to all needy facilities . Restaunants, shops on walkable distance. Wifi speed is high convinient for those working online Bedroom is with smart tv Living room as well. Ac is in both room Dish washer Cloth wash machine Drier machine is also plus. Very great and amazing place especially for the fish time visitors near everywhere. The host was amazing whether with her attitude and quick response… Comfortable and luxury place worth every dollar you spend on it.

My stay was very comfortable, felt like at home, Nato is super host and so is Maya very helpful, so friendly and trustworth. Apartment was exactly same as shown on the photos, very clean and compound is quiet, all basic shops are nearby, including nail studio, pharmacies, cafes, co working space, etc..was enjoying walking in the evenings. Next time will stay there again, all my friends were impressed.

I've been to a lot airbnb's but this was definitely the best airbnb experience ever. The space is even better than in the pictures , very clean and you will find everything you need in it. Tamta is very assisting to help with everything which makes you feel very safe. During my stay there was a lot of rain, I felt very cozy at home watching Netflix with a wine from the couch!

We had fantastic time at the apartment! Everything was as described, the apartment was spotless and lovely design. Mziko always responded quickly to our messages and even made possible to check-in earlier. In a very lively neighborhood, walking distance to nice restaurants and bars. The balcony is a very nice touch. We’d definitely stay here again ♥️

David was a wonderful host; he was always friendly, helpful, and responsive. The apartment was exactly as depicted in the listing, it was well equipped for our month-long stay, and when we did have a small maintenance issue upon arrival, David had it taken care of right away. highly recommend him as a host as would choose his apartment again any time I am in Tbilisi.

In my opinion … if you like what you see .. it is what you get. Easy to communicate with Megi. Has a sense of humour too! Her son Gorgi takes care of most of the immediate business, checking in and out. Always responsive to your needs.
