We really enjoyed our stay—the apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and the location couldn’t be better. The host was friendly and very responsive. Each bedroom has its own fan, which helped, though with the only air-conditioner in the kitchen the rooms still felt warm at night. We were also given just one key, which made coordinating comings and goings a bit tricky for our group. There’s a remote for the garage as well, but we didn’t use it since we didn’t have a car. A second key and perhaps an additional AC unit would make the place perfect. Overall, a great stay with just a few minor tweaks needed!

Tamara was so kind and responsive. She made us feel like family members coming to stay. The room is well-equipped with a proper kitchen, washing machine, refrigerator, TV unit, and a sofa in the living room. The property is sufficient for 2 adults and 2 kids. 1) The stay is within walking distance to the metro, bus, and minivan. 2) Supermarkets are located within 500 meters.

One of the best airbnb's I have stayed at! It is a mix between a hotel and an airbnb because there are so many supplies, like the little shampoos in the bathroom. The airco in the livingroom was also a big plus! In my opionion it is also a big appartement with a lot of privacy! There's a restaurant downstairs (great food!), a supermarket and even a gym. Communication with the host was also very good! She answered immediately and she always kept us up to date! We mostly used Bolt to get to the city centre because it was really warm outside but you can reach the centre by foot in about 15 to 20 minutes. When I come back to Tbilisi, I will certainly book this appartement again!

Lali is a very responsible host and was in touch all the time. This is the cleanest apartment I have ever rented, with all the necessary amenities and even more for a comfortable stay. It’s in a good location with nice restaurants nearby.

Our stay was amazing! Check in was super easy and smooth, Lasha was very friendly, always responsive and accommodating. We felt right like at home! The location is very nice too, pretty close to the centre, there are some cute food places and stores close by. We really enjoyed our stay, it was perfect and right what we were looking for during our one week stay in Tbilisi!

Awesome apartment with an awesome host! My parents stayed in this apartment, and they say it's the best rent apartment they've ever been to. Everything is tidy and clean, all amenities are in place, the apartment is very cozy, bright and warm, and it's quiet at night. The view from the balcony is terrific. Tea is very responsive and hospitable. The building is conveniently located close to the city center, railway and metro stations, and there is a trading center nearby too. We are extremely satisfied and will definitely come back. Thank you Tea!

All good things mentioned in my previous review are still there. Nice, recently built neighborhood, new building. The apartment is recently renovated, bright and clean with a big balcony. Rooms have huge windows. Full size bath, washing machine, air conditioner, refrigerator, water heater (tap water, room heating) - all the equipment is new and is working well. Nice view to the mountains and the city. Nice and quiet neighbors. Metro station is in 10 min walk distance - a convenient way to get to and from the city. Shopping malls and supermarkets (Carrefour, Universami, Fresco), big food market, bank offices and currency exchange points, pharmacies and small shops are in 10-15 min walk distance. A very nice and quiet place to stay.

What a view! It is a really cozy place to stay and the big windows made it really bright and impressive in the evening with all the city lights. Gia was really helpful and responsive.

I really enjoyed my stay! The place looks exactly like it does in the photos. Nino was incredibly responsive and always ready to help with anything I needed. The neighborhood is great – quiet and peaceful, with friendly neighbors. Also, there’s a cool cat living in the yard – definitely a bonus!

I had a fantastic stay at this house in Georgia! The room was absolutely beautiful and in excellent condition – just like the photos, if not better. Everything I needed was provided, and it made the stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The space was neat, clean, and well-maintained, which really added to the overall positive experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and well-equipped stay in Georgia. Would love to come back again!

A true family home in an extremely peaceful neighborhood. I felt like a kid visiting my grandma. You’ll find everything you need here. The neighbors are friendly—you greet each other in the street, and kids play outside. Great local services nearby. There’s a small yard where you can easily park your car. In Tbilisi, power or water outages can occasionally happen, but they’re usually brief—and with Tamara, it’s never a problem. It’s called the Writer’s House for a reason—my stay was a work trip, and it was a perfect place to focus and create.

We couldn't have been happier about our stay, cozy and clean apartment that looks even better than on the pictures, equiped with everything you could ever ask for, even a washing machine. When we couldn't find something, the host was very responsive and eager to help us. The apartment is located centrally in Tbilisi, about a 10 minute walk from the river and in close proximity to Fabrika. There are multiple supermarkets, a pharmacy and other shops including vintage thrift shops within 200 meters. The host was very welcoming, friendly and made us feel at home. We would definitly come back again.

The villa is beautiful. We went as a group of 7, celebrated wedding and enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Heated pool, large tv and spacious kitchen as well as multiple bedrooms available for guests. The location is beautiful along with a large mall within 15 minute walk. It was definitely enjoyable stay with the first time experience of renting such large place.
