The fully equipped apartment offers 60 square meters of living space, comprising a living-dining room, an open-plan kitchen, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms. It is located on the first floor of a brand-new building with an elevator. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works.
