Vacation rentals with a patio in Rivas

Great place to stay, this is our second visit and thoroughly enjoyed it. Even got to see monkeys playing in the trees. :) Thank you for the hospitality!

Wir haben die Wohnung für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise genutzt und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Alltag braucht. Besonders angenehm war die ruhige Lage in einer Wohngegend – ideal, um sich zu erholen. Gleichzeitig sind Geschäfte und andere wichtige Anlaufstellen schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Bonito lugar para pasar unos días trabajando remoto, Walmart a 4 minutos en auto y es un lugar alejado del ruido de la ciudad. Los anfitriones son amables y atentos

We decided to Elope in Costa Rica and Brians Casita is one of the biggest reason our elopement was magical. His Airbnb was exactly what you see in pictures. Very clean! All the little details are accounted for. He even had every charger available for you at the bedside as well as the kitchen stocked. We have enjoyed coffee every morning soaking up the beautiful view! I don’t have a single negative thing to say about this Airbnb!!!! We are truly thankful!!!

Nice place, really close to the town center, restaurants, beach and Bahia Ballena National Park. We booked a whale-whatching tour and walked from the AirBnB as it was really close. My only complain is that the sofa bed for the 3rd and 4th host is really small. I would say 2 kids or 1 adult can sleep really well. But it is small for 2 adults. The laundry room was useful and we used it to wash and dry out clothes before leaving to our next stay.

Un lugar muy tranquilo, cerca de las playas, la habitación muy cuidada y limpia. También la atención de la anfitriona fue excelente, nos atendió muy bien. Definitivamente volveríamos.

Our stay at this property was absolutely incredible, with a breathtaking view! The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped. The concierge was welcoming, and we appreciated for a hot shower and fresh towels. The pool area was stunning and well-maintained.However, there are a few areas that could be improved. It good to have coffee or tea for guest, and we were surprised to find there was no iron. Additionally, some house rules were unexpected, such as the prohibition on drones and no BBQs, despite them being shown in the photos. Although the balcony is shared with other guests, we were fortunate to have it mostly to ourselves. The bar chairs on the balcony were not very comfortable, and there was only one patio chair for the two of us. We also felt a bit uncomfortable with the presence of several cameras on the property, including one right of our apartment. Despite these minor issues, our overall experience was fantastic! We would definitely stay again!

Das Haus ist wirklich perfekt. Alles ist neu und es ist zu erkennen, dass es von jemandem gebaut und ausgestattet wurde, der auf Details achtet. Der Pool war größer als wir erwartet hatten. Morgens haben wir im Garten die Beine im Pool baumeln lassen und Kolibris beobachtet. Der Supermarkt und ein nettes Restaurant sind einfach über die Straße. Wir waren in Costa Rica in 4 Airbnb und dieses war das beste. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Der Aufenthalt war einfach großartig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit genossen. Vor allem der Pool hat uns auch sehr gefallen und war eine super Erfrischung nach den langen und warmen Tagen. Desire war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Liebe Grüße Laura & Martin

This is a great place to connect with nature, sunrises and peace. We appreciated that you had screens on the windows, as many places do not. The drive ways is very steep and our truck was too big to park in the driveway, yet the walk was not so far. We loved the place.

El espacio cuenta con todo lo necesario para permanecer durante toda la estadía, ubicación céntrica más no ruidosa, sorprende la calma y tranquilidad tan cerca de la carretera. Supermercados, panaderías, bancos y restaurantes a menos de 5 min en carro y 10 min caminando. La casa es muy iluminada y amplia, las hamacas en la piscina son un gran plus! Probablemente regresemos!

Hermoso hospedaje con una gran ubicación. La piscina es grande, la casa es bastante cómoda y todo impecable. Cindy fue una excelente anfitriona, muy amable en todo momento. Súper recomendado.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt! Das Haus war bei unserer Ankunft makellos sauber und genau wie beschrieben – sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Pool, der täglich gereinigt wurde und stets in einem hervorragenden Zustand war – eine echte Wohlfühloase. Der Gastgeber war außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Auf unsere Fragen hat er stets umgehend und mit viel Fürsorge geantwortet. Man hat sich von Anfang an willkommen und bestens betreut gefühlt. Klare Weiterempfehlung – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

We all loved staying at La Casa Bella! This house sits perfectly atop a hill with views right now to the water! The pool was a wonderful place for our two couples to swim, float and chat! Centrally located to Uvita, Playa Hermosa and to the rustic road that leads up into to hills to the best coffee plantations and family farm. We were surprised by all of the bugs and little reptiles that made their way into the house, but by the end of the trip, none of us paid them any mind. It’s Costa Rica, so Pura Vida!

The house was 5 stars! Well equipped, beautiful views, we saw monkeys, birds, crabs. Loved the shower and bathroom windows view to the jungle. Forest was a great host and answered all of our questions.

Lugar muy tranquilo y privado, un ambiente muy ameno, una muy buena opción para la zona

I only stayed one night this time but could have spent many more nights here. A very nice place close to everything! This place is inpecably clean and fresh- the apartment as well as area. Comfy beds! The staff was highly communicative before arrival and very welcoming. I appreciated being able to keep my luggage stored after check out. Again: highly service minded staff. Lovely! Thank you so much and until next time. Pura vida!

¡Cumple lo que promete! Es un apartamento muy amplio, comodo para 4 o 5 personas (nosotros eramos 2 y teníamos espacio de sobra). La cocina muy bien equipada, con todo lo necesario para cocinar y mantener tus alimentos. El baño muy amplio y limpio.Tener una piscina privada le suma muchos puntos también. Solo agregar que el dia que vinieron a hacer la limpieza de la piscina también nos limpiaron la cocina, la habitación y cambiaron las toallas. Eso se agradece un monton. En cuanto a la ubicación, está muy cerca del parque nacional ( se puede llegar a pie) y de algunos bares y restaurantes. En general muy grata la experiencia :)

Fantastic stay! The pictures don’t do it justice. The pool, the interior, the views, and the vibe are all better than I expected. Joe is extremely friendly and responsive. I even requested to boost the internet speed as I run a remote business. Joe happily accepted, and the internet speed nearly doubled. It’s been one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. Come check this place out already.

Diana’s place was absolutely amazing. Pictures do not do it justice. The views were incredible in the morning with all the glass windows. Diana was the Most helpful host we have had, giving us extra blankets, binoculars for the kids, and beach chairs and toys. U will not regret this stay! Cant wait to come stay again.

I came for a yoga and meditation retreat. This was the perfect 1 bedroom home to base myself, kitchen to cook each day, nice hill to go for morning walking and hikes, large lounge and balcony to practice my morning yoga. Good internet to do my work at the computer. Good air conditioning to keep cool when in the house. Lizzet was always responsive and helpful. High recommend.

This place is exactly as it looks and is described, which makes it a good Airbnb and good value (at the price as of April 2025 at least). Carles and his co-host communicate well and everything about the place is easy (easy to find, check-in, care for, etc). It isn't fancy but it is nice/well-built (small things like the shower water doesn't get all over the bathroom like with many similar shower setups) and comfortably arranged for 1-2 people with 2 desks for working etc. Would absolutely return. Downsides, if you want to know them: the immediate surrounding area is nothing special (it's in a nondescript small development), and there was quite a bit of noise in the morning, including starting at 5:30am on Saturday (this may be temporary/construction). It didn't interfere with my enjoyment, but it is good to know.
