Esmeralda was so kind and attentive to us The place is wonderful, beautiful nature, lots of vegetation The kitchen is very well equipped, with much more than the basics We also enjoyed the campfire they lit for us It is strategically located, and from there we were able to make several trips to Bahía Ballena, Manuel Antonio, a nice beach, and Nauyaca waterfalls We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back And it is pet friendly

Our stay at Daniel's country home was incredibly relaxing and peaceful. The vast property offered exceptional privacy, nestled alongside a stunning river perfect for leisurely swims. The meticulously maintained swimming pool, filled with pristine river water, added an extra layer of luxury to our stay. Inside the home, a refreshing breeze flowed through the spacious farm windows, enhancing the tranquil atmosphere. The surrounding gardens teeming with beautiful birds further added to the charm of the place. We found the showers to be consistently hot and the beds provided utmost comfort, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Daniel's hospitality truly exceeded our expectations. He offered invaluable recommendations and remained highly responsive throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, and the well-stocked kitchen made meal preparation a breeze. Our experience at Daniel's country retreat was nothing short of delightful.

Linda, was responsive, good communication before and during stay. The welcome was more than we expected from a super-host, fresh fruit, provisions, beer and wine. We were certainly welcomed. The house was stunning, one of the best Airbnb we have stayed in and we have stayed in some stunning houses. Yes, there was some road noise, but to be expected as it’s the main coastal highway - that gave easy access to local sites and places to see. We were a family groip of seven and took the four rooms, that worked well for our stay. A very well equipped house and the infinity pool was the place to chill 😎 in the afternoon. A mid stay clean and laundry re-fresh was welcomed and appreciated.

Ashley's home was absolutely amazing. We are a family of eight and her home was well equipped to support our family. Absolutely amazing food forest of pineapples, passion fruit, inca nuts, bananas, katuk, jackfruit and so much more. The water is drinkable and there were few outages (which are common in Costa Rica). Ashley was very responsive to any needs. The VIEWS are everything and more! It's well worth the "adventurous" drive up the mountain. Every day was an experience and an opportunity to explore the area. There are hidden waterfalls, different fruits around the community and a peaceful waterway that you can hear from the Casita (which is a separate property from the main house). Todd and Jill were our neighbors, and they were there when we needed them. Todd was helpful in maintaining the grounds. Our children referred to him as the "fruit fairy" because he would leave passion fruit on the steps and pineapples on the back porch. Overall, it was a great experience!

Our stay was spectacular. The house is a dream and it's incredibly decorated. Melania is an amazing host who was always attentive to our questions and needs. We did the tour with the tasting and loved it! The coffee here is delicious. The only bad thing was that the internet went down and there was no way to fix it, and that there is only one bathroom with a shower for 8 people. We also highly recommend it and hope to come back some day.

Lucia's farm was such an amazing place to stay and explore the area. We made our way up the hill to an amazing building that has many apartments and rooms spread around a central large courtyard area. Our apartment had an observation tower/deck. From this deck we could see stars at night and birds and the whole valley during the day. It was our favorite spot to hang out when we were at the farm! The apartment is sparse but calming and lovely. The kitchen is bare bones, we made do and ate many meals using the electric skillet , toaster oven and kettle. The beds were comfortable and with the windows open (with screens) we slept great. We would have appreciated another bedside table or two, but I used the built-in wall shelving. The host family that lives on the property was amazing! They made the stay so memorable. They showed us around the farm and pointed out hiking trails on the property. The drive is not for the faint-hearted, but really, is anywhere in Costa Rica? Just go!

Beautiful and quiet place. Just to disconnect from everything and really rest. Place with many areas to relax and truly relax. Lucia is super attentive and worried because you really feel at home. A orchard with fresh and delicious produce. I hope to return soon!

A place I would return to many times, very quiet and close to the main beaches. It suited our needs. Excellent service from start to finish.

The place is very nice, more spacious than the photos show. Sleeping with the sound of the river is extremely relaxing, and we had a great time. The road to get there is very accessible and any type of car can get there. There's no cell phone signal, but the wifi is more than enough.

Gissel's house is a cute jungle home! The green yard in the front is super peaceful and the front patio is an awesome place to hang out during any time of the day. It's also well located just a minute away from the Costanera so you can easily access Uvita or Domi when needed.

Although it is a little far from the beach, it has a convenient location, minutes away from restaurants, gyms and supermarkets. Clean place, spacious and convenient kitchen. A quiet place to rest and relax. There is no air conditioning but it has a fan and the house has good natural ventilation. The price is very comfortable and the host is super friendly and pleasant! I recommend it

This was a lovely quiet area just on the edge of town, easy to walk to grab coffee or to the atm. Easy walk to Uvita waterfall to the river. The main noises I heard were construction down the road and happy animals playing with their people, otherwise it was very peaceful. The room was very clean and the fan was plenty to stay comfortable. The kitchen was accesible and had the basics handy. A great place to explore Uvita.
