a beautiful environment, the apartment was as described and Maria Jesús and Juan were attentive to us being comfortable. The apartment has everything necessary in terms of kitchen to spend a few days and everything was very clean upon our arrival. Mobile coverage is not very good inside the house and the wifi sometimes failed. Outside, it was very comfortable and the pool is a plus to cool off Like but I have to say that the double bed was not too comfortable, it sounded a lot and the mattress sank . in the master room there is a velux window that we couldn't open at night to run the air because mosquitoes were coming in (the normal thing in the countryside) and at night it was very hot, which made it difficult to sleep even if it was refreshing.

very cozy stay at Carlos's house. Great hosts both he and his mother. Beautiful place, full of small parks and large La Canaleta park. And Parque Cabecera .Lugar ideal for walking, both elderly and children. And near metro connected to the airport and downtown Valencia. Restaurants, supermarkets, etc next to the house. We had a lovely time at this Airbnb over Christmas. Our host was very helpful and even put up Christmas decorations to make us feel at home. The apartment was within walking distance of many amenities as well. We would definitely stay here again if we had the chance to

We had a fantastic time at Jaanus’ place! He is a very friendly and attentive host—always approachable and incredibly quick to respond to any messages. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The apartment itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Despite the owners living above, the space felt completely private throughout our visit. We were lucky with the weather, and even in early April, it was warm enough to enjoy the large pool—our kids were absolutely thrilled! The neighborhood is tranquil and picturesque, yet conveniently located just a 8-minute drive from large supermarkets and a lively area full of great restaurants and bars. Jaanus also gave us excellent local recommendations, which really helped us feel at home from day one. We will definitely return in the future and highly recommend this gem of a place to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-hosted getaway!

Maximiliano is a very kind and responsive host. About the house: it is a very beautiful second floor, new, clean and modern decor. It is in the center and you can walk to all the points of interest. The house has everything you need and more. It's not missing a detail. Parking is very close by and there are good restaurants 5 min walk away. The 4 and our pet felt like at home. I recommend it 100%

Nice quiet location. In a 20-minute walk you were in the center of Requena in no time. Nice garden and beautiful swimming pool. Just too cold for us but that was the period of the year. The house was fully equipped Including good beds. Nice and good communication with the host.

Excellent experience from start to finish. First rate property, comfortable, clean, great location and perfect for a late season trip to get some snow.

The perfect host. Clear communication and explanations. The house is clean and similar to the photos. The only drawback to the accommodation (in my opinion) is that it is difficult to access as it is a cobblestone road and is not lit.

Marga was always attentive and helpful. The house is in a natural setting next to a recreation area ideal for hiking or excursions with adults and children. It is also a few minutes' drive from Valencia city. The outdoor space is ideal for a pool day and the interior is enough for 10 people. The house was clean and just as described in the listing. The only thing I would change about the house would be the stairs, which in my opinion are a little dangerous for children. Otherwise, I gladly recommend the accommodation and the host who was attentive to make our stay the best possible :)

Very well-conditioned space. Andres was very friendly and looked after us perfectly. Even when we told him we were having a barbecue the next day, he brought us more firewood so we wouldn't run out of anything. Definitely a place to go back to when we're in that area.

Modern and super clean flat. 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, in a great area. 1 min away from the metro and from Mercadona. Tons of playgrounds around for the kids. Internet works very well. Nice kitchen with everything you need (clean and in good condition). Just be aware that the apartment is on the 2nd floor (3rd by American numbering) and there is no elevator (but otherwise the building is modern and totally fine).

Everything was great! Jose let us in and helped to park a car. The room is great, with private bathroom. Location is quite far from the city center, but it was totally ok for us, since there is a tram/metro. Thank you!

Host always very helpful and friendly! Nice apartment in a very quiet residential area, suitable for a relaxing stay. The town center is easily accessible by car or on foot. Large pine forest in front of the apartment. We'll be back if we pass through the area again! Recommended!

Perfect for our stay, close to everything, clean, modern interior, quiet and clean. Check in wasn’t super obvious as Halima wasn’t in when we arrived but after a while her daughter came out to meet us and showed us our room. Would certainly stay again and have recommended to our friends :)
