Vacation rentals with a patio in Rincón de Ademuz

Airbnb is close to the airport but further away from the old town, etc. Super easy check-in, clean apartment and totally modernly furnished. Were very satisfied 👍🏼

We stayed at this apartment for a couple of weeks. It was well-equipped and well-maintained, with everything clean and in excellent condition. The host was supportive and responsive throughout our stay. The internet connection was strong in all rooms, allowing us to work without any issues.

Very nice 2 bedroom place, stayed a week with my 2 teenage daughters. Right at Patraix metro. Neighborhood isn’t the one to go out for food or drinks at night, but within a 15 to 20 minute walk or a couple metro stops you’re in the middle of the action. Typical local bar next door, good bakery across the road.

We really enjoyed staying at Ana's place. The place was very nicely decorated and we felt very comfortable during our stay in Valencia. Ana was a great hostess and kept asking if we needed anything else. The only thing we didn't like so much was how clairaudient the apartment was, so we heard a lot of noise from the apartments next door. Overall we had a very nice week in Valencia and were able to get from the apartment to the beautiful old town in a few minutes.

This was our second stay at Juan's beautiful apartment. It's located in a nice quiet area, with easy parking and within a short walk of Chulilla...making it the perfect place to stay for the amazing climbing and stunning walks in the area. The apartment itself has everything you need for a very comfortable stay, with easy check-in and and a super friendly host. Recommended!!!

Comfortable and cozy house located in a quiet place and with the essentials. The host was very nice to us and we felt at home. The internet in the living room area works very well. I recommend it and hope to return one day!

The house is very nice, very quiet with a great terrace. Natalia is the best host: very attentive, answering questions about local recommendations very quickly. A capsule coffee maker and a kitchen stocked with breakfast items. Excellent climate control and pet friendly 😊 A place to come back and enjoy!

Unfortunately, due to ill health my wife and I were unable to travel. However, my sister-in-law and her husband did travel and used the apartment. It was located very close to Valencia airport and proved ideal for people arriving into Valencia late at night. While I didn't get to travel, I did have excellent communications with Fran in making travel arrangements. His prompt responses and advice were so helpful. A great host.

Lovely people and place, very close to the racing track and huge places inside and outside to stop minibus with trailer, wich was important for me. Also it is really great when you can play some games as football or table-tennis while yoir stay ❤️

We had an amazing time at Diego's apartment! Communication with him was very easy, he gave us very nice recommendations for the area and you can even walk up to some climbing spots from the apartment :) The views are great and the apartment is very cozy. We would definitely come again!

He answered all the doubts, was very close and everything was exactly as indicated in the photos.

We were very pleased with the accommodation. It was superbly equipped, and there were plenty of toys for the children. The tram stop just around the corner provides quick access to the city. Ariadna gave us lots of tips and was always easy to reach. We'd love to come back.

We went to have a great time and we had a great time, Jesus at all times was very attentive and showed us both how to get there and all the recommendations we could make. As for the house, we have been 15 and we have all fit no problem, a very spacious house and a spectacular terrace. We highly recommend it for a getaway and getting away with family or friends.

Very well-conditioned space. Andres was very friendly and looked after us perfectly. Even when we told him we were having a barbecue the next day, he brought us more firewood so we wouldn't run out of anything. Definitely a place to go back to when we're in that area.

Everything perfect, location and so on in our case was by gym theme and we had it a 5-minute walk away. The only catch is the armchair bed that is not bad but could be better for the rest, she is very nice and attentive and the house is very nice and cozy.

we were very comfortable. the apartment is very well equipped and in good condition. We arrived very late and Jesus waited for us to meet us and give us directions to the house, an excellent treatment. We were only a weekend and what we were looking for was quiet, so it was a stay according to our expectations.

Thank you Gayane for being able to check in early, it saved our day, we didn't have to wander around Valencia with our luggages. The apartment is clean, with everything you need for a week-long stay. But the most important thing is the neighborhood, it's quiet and safe, and the place is well connected to the rest. It is easy to get to the center, to the airport, close to the park. It's hard to park under the house, but there's a large parking lot nearby, everything is close to the highway, so there's no unnecessary traffic. This is a very good base. There's nothing to worry about, we had a great stay. Gayane is a great and understanding host.

The first thing is the amphriona, Jazmín, a very friendly and attentive person. The house is very spacious, comfortable and quiet, just what I was looking for. I recommend it and if you have children the garden of the development is great.

A very well equipped home for a country getaway. I went in winter and was very well equipped with central heating. Highly recommended. It is a two-storey house that can be taken separately each floor and are two independent homes that share entrance and patio. Just indicate that you are arriving on a dirt road, practicable but depending on the car (if it is very low) you have to go with care. Final summary: Highly recommended.
