Located in a very quiet residential area 800 meters from the Barbera train station with which you can reach Barcelona in 15 minutes and 200 meters from the direct bus stop to Barcelona, a shopping center and also a direct bus to the UAB. Located a 7-minute drive from the UAB.

You can also enjoy good times by the fireplace in the cold season (we leave the firewood for you) The house can accommodate up to 4 guests. It is a wooden house, the space is small but it has a double bed with a closet and table, it continues with a mini kitchen with everything equipped, a bathroom and shower, a garden terrace with a table and chairs and, views of the sea. It is close but independent of the host's house.
