Hesitant to share how great it was because we will be back! The house is in a great location, feels like home, and had anything we could possibly need. Short drive to Siesta Key and several great beaches. Kitchen was perfect for cooking at the house. Pool was perfect for evening swims and the backyard had plenty of room for a game of catch.

I would definitely consider returning to this comfortable little bungalow. All was as described and fully functional. Only annoyance were some vocal roosters next door, but not so much that they disturbed sleep or detracted from the relaxing atmosphere inside.

This house was everything and more it was very clean and had everything my family and I needed; 3 bedrooms, tv in every room even a tv outside on the patio, two bathrooms, washer and dryer, the master bedroom was everything... When I return to Florida this will be my place to stay. Thanks Rachel for everything and for always responding to my messages in a timely manner.

The home was exactly as pictured, nice quiet neighborhood, and close to everything.

Great place to stay with a couple friends or small family. Good location in the heart of Sarasota with lots to do within just a couple minutes drive

This place was perfect for us. family of 4 with 2 kids age 7 and 10. They loved the pool which was bigger then it looked from the photos, was very warm and garden well maintained. really happy with stay and Carrick was quick to respond when we ask questions. asked for a later check out which Carrick was able to accommodate. Great stay would recommend.

The place was clean and the pool was heated. 12 min drive to the beach made it easy to get to Siesta key parking lot.

This was a perfect place to stay for my wife and I. It was a short drive to Siesta Keys and downtown Sarasota. I couldn’t ask for a better host or better location. 1000% recommend!

I stay at Yelenas place whenever I am in Sarasota for a swim meet Always clean and comfortable. Everything I need is available. Close to a grocery store and plenty of restaurants. Top Notch!

This was a very cute little place with a beachy chic charm. Ed and Bunny were really welcoming and checked in via the app to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Ed even brought us delicious mangos from their tree! Even though the place was connected to their house it felt private and quiet. Im addition, the beautiful tropical plants and lizards scurrying along the path made it feel like a little exotic oasis in the city. We really enjoyed the stay and would love to visit again.

My husband, 2 ur old twins, and I stayed at this cute little studio and it was perfect!! The place was super clean and inviting and really close to a lot of stores and restaurants. The beach isn’t a far drive at all either! We absolutely loved this stay and will definitely be back!! The hosts were so sweet and made sure to give clear instructions and check on us through out our stay!! If you’re looking for a cozy getaway that’s close to the beach and has an abundant variety of restaurants this is it!! Thank you Vanessa & Nicole!!

Great location easily walkable to downtown Sarasota, shops and restaurants. Nice to have covered garage parking as well. We really enjoyed an afternoon at the pool which was not busy at all and beautifully maintained.

Had a great stay and everything was as listed. Clean and convient, quiet location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Was located right across from both pool and laundry room (quarters only) which was great. William also provided beach chairs and umbrella as well as small cooler which was exactly what I needed

We loooved it here! The space was perfect for our family. I cooked several meals and the kitchen had everything I needed. The location was convenient to grocery stores and walking distance to local restaurants and ice cream shops. The trolley stop is right at the resort so very convenient free rides to downtown Siesta Key was one of the highlights of our trip. We also grilled in the back of the resort by the bay which was nice! Oak trees all around. The pool was perfect temp. The fob didn’t work for one of the gates but there were three others we were able to get in without issue. The beds and pillows were soooo comfy. The ONLY issue we had was from the pics on the original post it appeared the walk to the closest public beach access was 2 min but it was actually 15. In the Florida heat that was rough but we pushed through! Oh and last thing, the scooters were a hit with everyone in our family. So much fun! 😆 Thank you so much for giving us an amazing stay!!

Highly recommended. Everything was clean, very quiet, and safe. Clara was very friendly, and we loved our stay.

Great stay, the location, the amenities all were wonderful. Melissa and Brandon were super responsive and the place had more essential stocked than most of the other places we have stayed, which was very thoughtful. Melissa also had a regular coffee pot sent out to us right away, since we don’t use Keurig’s which was super nice and very much appreciated. We would definitely come back!

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay at David’s place in Bradenton! The space was super clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was excellent throughout; the host was responsive, helpful, and always timely with their messages. One of the best parts was the beach access—super convenient, and the place was stocked with everything from a beach cart, umbrellas, chairs, and beach towels etc. which made days at the beach so easy. There were also a few great local tips provided, which I definitely took advantage of. Honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had such a wonderful stay at Erica and Betsy’s place in Siesta Key for a much-needed mother-daughter getaway! The location was absolutely perfect just a short walk to town, the beach, and everything we needed to make the most of our Mother’s Day weekend. The home was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout. As a fellow short-term rental host, I truly appreciated their flexibility and attention to detail. Thank you both for creating such a lovely space we made special memories and hope to return again soon!

Another wonderful trip to Siesta! This is our third stay in one of Evan’s places, and we were not disappointed. This unit had a great view of the Gulf (this particular building has the most direct view, without the parking lot!), and the screened in lanai was amazing! As always, the unit was clean, well-stocked, and a perfect home away from home. Already counting down the days till we return!
