Vacation rentals with beach access in Ridge Wood Heights

This place is simply amazing! I have to admit that I am always skeptical of if a place truly is within a good walking distance of beaches/restaurants/etc. but this place ABSOLUTELY IS! The whole trip our group of 4 couldn’t believe that we got so lucky with a great place incredibly close to the beach and restaurants! We definitely hit the lucky lottery with this gem of a airbnb find!! We’re already talking about when to come back and will definitely be rebooking! We didn’t need anything from Courtney, our host, but she made sure to check in multiple times and see if we did! Super friendly and informative and the place was perfectly stocked with beach amenities! Thanks for a fabulous stay!

Mike and Wendy clearly are experienced hosts. Given the Island is still recovering and many rentals are still unable to open, I was happy to find a spot. I regularly solo travel to AMI and this spot was perfect for me: location; easy parking; plenty of well thought out amenities conducive to travelling light. Note on current AMI conditions: there is still a lot of construction going on, but not so much that it is a hinderance to relaxing on the beach, but be sure to arrive with patience and understanding.

This place did not disappoint my husband and I. The unit was newly remodeled and so well done, organized and attentions to details for guest conveniences. We loved it !

Our apartment was very clean, sheet as well. The kitchen had everything what you need, there were plenty of towels in the apartment and beach supplies were helpful. The contact with the landlord was very good, he was nice and answered quickly, Is also access to a new washer and dryer. The only minus was the mess in the garden and old junks that were everywhere, as well as the neglected greenery. 9/10

Great location, and spacious for 2 people.

My girlfriends and I had such a great stay at this condo in Siesta! The location was perfect …just a short walk or ride to everything we wanted, especially the adorable Siesta Village with its shops, restaurants, and laid-back vibe. The condo itself was super clean, the beds were really comfortable, and everything felt cozy and well cared for. We felt right at home the entire time. Definitely a great spot for a girls’ getaway …we really enjoyed our time and would absolutely stay here again!

We had such a wonderful stay on Anna Maria Island! Lynda was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful from start to finish. The place was exactly as described. Clean, cozy, and stocked with everything we needed for the beach! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and a quick golf cart ride to shops and great local restaurants. Lynda gave us tons of great restaurant recommendations, which made exploring the island fun. We also really appreciated that this part of the island felt peaceful and less touristy—perfect for truly unwinding. Thank you, Lynda, for sharing your lovely space with us!

Sheryl’s responsiveness and care for us was unmatched. We had an issue with the property that she resolved immediately and even called me personally to make sure my friends and I were taken care of. Great location and outstanding customer service.

Had a great stay in Bradenton Beach. The house is easily walkable to the beach (across the street), and the chairs and wagon that came with the rental made it easy. This stretch of beach wasn't too crowded either, which was a bonus. Some construction is going on in the area because of the storm damage, but that didn't detract too much from our stay. The pool area at the house was perfect when the beach got too hot. We also enjoyed the porches and people-watching. There are several bars and restaurants within a couple of blocks, but for adults, the nightlife came to an end around 10 p.m. for our trip, which was a little disappointing. All in all, a great family getaway retreat. (Spring break, April 2025)

We had an amazing vacation! Perfect location and great amenities. Our daughter had a blast in the pool. Sunsets were perfect. Waking up to the view of the water every morning was beautiful

Jaime’s place was fabulous! It was spacious and super-comfortable ~ plenty of indoor and outdoor space to hang out, and such a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, the wifi was fast and the street was quiet. Jaime was very responsive with any questions and easily accommodated our request for early check-in. The stay far exceeded our expectations! We didn’t want to leave the Airbnb :) though we did because it was nearby so much beauty! Thank you, Jaime!

I chose Anton’s property to provide short travel for four of us on a great Florida island for my 78th birthday. The three bedrooms and two full baths were perfect for our privacy needs. Having garage parking for one of our cars was very convenient. The home was not disappointing in any way. The large living room and seating was very comfortable. One issue that we conquered quickly was the lack of a streaming service connection since we all had a series that we were watching at home. When we arrived home after early dinners out, we found that we were sitting in the living room and talking to each other face-to-face and discussing ranges of interesting topics until late in the evenings. This place was so nice and clean and very cute! Jessica is very helpful if you have any questions and gets back to you right away! Very close to some restaurants and bars and the beach is only a couple of blocks away. We really loved it and Chris the maintenance man is very friendly and helpful. We ran into the cleaning lady a few times while she was cleaning the other place and she sure is very friendly with a smile! We will be coming back for sure! Holmes beach is very peaceful and full of friendly people! We stayed for a month but will stay longer next time!

Everything was as described, location is perfect right across Siesta Beach. Restaurants / shops were a short drive away, which was preferable for us traveling with a 5 & 8 year old (did not want to be in middle of chaos). Condo is modern, had everything we needed (including beach toys for kids which was not really expected). Instructions were spot on, did not reach out to Geoff until 2nd to last day of our stay and when I did I got a response back in minutes. Would definitely recommend this rental, it was our first time to Siesta Key, we fell in love with place and plan to be back soon. Geoff was a gracious host, you could tell he wants guests to feel at home & has done a great job accomplishing that

The location - right on the beach - is superb. Great covered porch looking right out on the beach. The unit has some of the things to help spend a day on the beach - chairs, umbrella, etc. the kitchen is small but entirely sufficient and well stocked with kitchen/dining things. Comfortable bed. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Really enjoyed my stay at the unit and in Englewood.

This is the third time I've rented in this complex. The location is unbeatable - private beach, beautiful Gulf view from the beach, beach accessories were in good condition and a bonus kayak to use during the serene mornings. Definitely cannot beat the sunsets! The condo is by far the cleanest I've ever rented via Airbnb - thank you for that! The kitchen has everything - we cooked every meal. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Already booked for 2026!

This place was wonderful, Peaceful,quiet,private beach , everything described in listing. I would definitely stay here again! The view was picture perfect! Location was everything you would want .

Exactly as described, very clean and very well equipped. We appreciated nice beach chairs and easy beach access and also enjoyed the pool and relaxing by the intercoastal waterway. Siesta Key is high density and we were there at the busiest time, but we felt peaceful and relaxed in our cozy spot.

Donald was very responsive a d helpful. The place has a great view and is right on the beach. The unit was immaculate and comfortable with all the amenities needed for a week’s stay. It even has a storage unit with a cart to bring the chairs, umbrellas and other beach toys that he provided for our use. There are several restaurants within walking distance and a few right on the beach. We went parasailing and it is also within walking distance to their dock. It was a fabulous week in paradise.

Beautiful location right on the beach. Quality linen and kitchen equipment - generous supply of towels. Heidi was a friendly, knowledgeable and responded very quickly to any query. Highly recommend it.

We loved the condo! My favorite part was the screened in porch with very comfortable seating, view of the ocean, and a table for card games with grandkids. I would like to definitely rent again when we visit that beautiful area in the future.
