Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Sarasota County

Beautiful home with comfortable bed, was just my husband and I and our 2 small dogs. Can only comment on the master with king bed. Home is beautifully decorated, well taken care of and in a good location. The shower was absolutely amazing. Our favorite part! The fenced yard was perfect for our dogs, it’s secure all the way around so they could run around and enjoy the yard. Would have liked a bigger comfy couch, and ice and water dispenser. That’s all I felt was missing. Great home, beautiful pool. Water was perfect temp. We enjoyed it very much!

Our family felt right at home. The house was clean and beautiful. The kids loved the pool and mini golf setup!

Eric’s home is a beautiful themed beach home in a quiet neighborhood. The house is well equipped with everything that a family with children needs on vacation. Plenty of pool/beach towels, chairs, wagon, umbrella, toys and even a sifter for finding lots of shark teeth! Plenty of gorgeous beaches are within a 20 min drive. While not at beaches, the kids enjoyed the pool and all the lizards outside! Bonus was the cleanliness of the home and the comfort of the beds. My only wish is that we could have stayed longer!

It was a great vacation! Nice, spacious house. The kids were very happy with the pool, and we were happy with the jacuzzi. 😁 Clean, well-kept house. There is everything you need and even more than expected! Oksana is a very friendly and helpful hostess! If we plan a trip to this city, we will be happy to come back! I recommend!

Daniel was awesome to talk with about the house. He was responsive immediately with answers to any questions. This house was so comfortable & welcoming. It fit us perfectly! The layout of the house is very accommodating with the master bedroom & bath on one side of the house & two bedrooms & shared bath on the other. The house is located in a quiet community & the area it's located in is close to restaurants, grocery shopping & golf courses. The screened-in lanai was very nice. The outside patio was beautiful & spacious with nice patio furniture & a grill. The heated pool was awesome! There were floats provided to use too. The check-in instructions were easy & the household check-out instructions were simple & easy to follow. We would definitely rent this house again! Denise’s place was great. Despite being next to an airport it was situated in a peaceful and quiet area, and I did not even hear any air traffic. The space itself was super cozy and such a cute theme. The decor in every room was vibrant & welcoming. Bathroom, beach closet, and kitchen were all well stocked. She even had mini coffee creamer and condiments, which other units I have stayed in did not. Furniture & bedding were comfortable. Washer & dryer was a big plus. Overall, a great place..Would stay again!

At the age of 43 I finally faced my greatest fear and flew to Siesta Key. Anna & Thomas made our experience even more amazing with beautiful accommodations, local recommendations, and clear communication. Thank you for the memories we will have for a lifetime!

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying here for a week. Place was nice and clean. Had everything we needed. This place is right outside Downtown Sarasota and only about 15 minutes from Siesta Keys. Lisa was a great host. If ever back in Sarasota we would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was wonderful. It is extremely clean, very spacious and new, easy to check in and check out. The location is fantastic. Great and fast communication and responsiveness by the hosts. This has been my best Airbnb experience and we will definitely be back.

We loved our stay! There is a regular coffee pot, not a Keurig. This is not a negative, just something to note as you pack so you'll be prepared! The street can be loud at times but the glassed in patio doors were perfect at keeping the noise at bay. We love Siesta Key and would 10/10 recommend this property. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and even a wagon to help us on our beach days. You'll love it here!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was our first time staying on the south end of the island, and we found the location to be ideal. The property is conveniently situated just steps from the beach (with a private beach access) and close to many popular restaurants. The quaint ambiance of the property was a welcome addition to our experience. We also appreciated the private deck, which provided a comfortable and secluded space for our stay.

This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

We loved the condo! My favorite part was the screened in porch with very comfortable seating, view of the ocean, and a table for card games with grandkids. I would like to definitely rent again when we visit that beautiful area in the future.

Great location. Easy walk to the beach. Enjoyed the swimming pool. Listing was accurate and was a nice layout with plenty of everything that was needed for a great stay.

Great location with beach & restaurants within walking distance. You can also catch the trolley that runs all day & takes you to the “Village”. You’ll find several restaurants & shops there. The beautiful beach is right across the road with a place to order food & drinks that are great! The place was stocked with everything we needed; dishes, appliances, beach towels & chairs etc. & updates have been made. We especially loved the two balcony’s & all the windows. We’ll be back!

The listing was exactly as pictured. Easy to find parking acrossed from listing. It was quiet during our stay and Christian was very quick to respond to messages. We liked the private beach access. We liked the trolley stop that is very close to the listing-if we didn't use the trolley, we walked and enjoyed it very much! Overall this was a excellent location to enjoy all of Siesta Key!

We had an amazing stay here! The location was everything. Being able to walk across the street and have private beach access was so nice. We saw dolphins every night off the dock. We can’t wait to come back.
