Ce moulin du 18ème a été réhabilité en maison de 180m2 avec une capacité de 8 personnes. Le bien est composé d'une cuisine, d'un atelier avec billard, une terrasse, séjour, salon, 4 chambres dont une chambre avec douche et une salle de bain. Le jardin est composé d'îles reliés par des ponts. Durant votre séjour, vous aurez l'occasion de pratiquer la pêche, la baignade, le canoë, le ping pong.... Je tiens à préciser qu'il s'agit d'un moulin construit sur un bief dans un milieu naturel préservé.

A lovingly renovated and sun filled apartment in the old bank. Sitting on the top floor of the bank, this apartment allows for stunning panoramic views. Your front door is just a few strides from the square, with a butchers, bakers, shop, tabac, bars and restaurants. A short stroll down the hill will bring you to the Subterranean Church and then a little way on is the River Dronne which has a beach and grass area to its side, not forgetting the bar/cafe which is open all through summer.

The accommodation includes a large bedroom with bathroom, kitchen and covered and uncovered terrace overlooking the garden. A truly quiet, cozy and comfortable nest. Accommodation without living room or TV.

It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room. Upstairs is a master suite with bedroom, bathroom, and dressing room. There are two toilets, one upstairs. Linens and towels are provided. Ideal for 2 adults, an extra bed is possible on the sofa (1 seat) Crib can be made available upon request. There is a common courtyard with an insurance agency. Private parking space. Our cottage is located in a mill on the beautiful river La Dronne. It is a very spacious apartment (55 m2) fully renovated. A bedroom with a view of the river, and a beautiful terrace overlooking it. Direct access to the river for swimming or canoeing that we provide. Please note that the staircase leading to the gîte is quite narrow and steep and is not suitable for people with disabilities as well as for some people with limited mobility

We are pleased to host you in our recently renovated barn, offering stunning views of the Dronne and the bridge mill, from where you can practice hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, angling, boat rides, swimming... Less than a kilometer away, the village of Tocane offers all amenities. Between Brantôme, Périgueux and Ribérac, you can discover the rich heritage, colorful markets and many summer festivals according to your desires.
