The accommodation is even better than in the photos. It has absolutely all the amenities to walk around there for a few days without any problems. The kitchen is fully equipped (which is appreciated) and they have the thoughtfulness to leave absolutely everything you need such as oil, salt, gel... The welcome is great and in person and if you have any questions they respond quickly. Great accommodation for children and dogs, there is plenty of space. We were very comfortable.

We were welcomed to this beautiful villa with everything we needed to feel comfortable - the pictures do it justice! Communication was easy, recommendations were great and well received. We did think about hiring a car but decided not to and travelled by taxis and train to explore others towns as Teulada is quiet. Great time had by all and would definitely return.

Villa was perfect. Clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Bed’s super comfy. 100% would book again. I’m also a very fussy sleeper, and I slept great here, lovely and quiet.

Had a wonderful stay at this villa. It’s really modern, in a lovely location with a fantastic pool and outside space. The villa is a great size, and was spotlessly clean. The hosts were fantastic, greeting us even though our arrival wasn’t until late in the evening. Very friendly and responsive. Would highly recommend this villa, we had a fantastic break and would love you return again in the future

We had a great time at this villa in Javea. Very comfortable, easy to stay in. All rooms are very spacious The pool is also big enough to enjoy it for several. It also has a very nice view. Ping Ping's table was a real plus for the kids. Hosts have been very responsive for each request. We'll be happy to go back.

The house is located in a perfect spot with amazing views! The rooms are big with comfortable beds and nice decorations. The master bedroom on the top floor is more like a studio than a room. The kitchen was fully equipped and a pleasure to use. We visited in December/January so we could not enjoy the sun on the terrazzo but it was easy to imagine how wonderful it would have been during the summer season.

Fantastic and spotless home. Beautiful outdoor area with amazing views and fresquito. The jacuzzi and pool were very limoios and a joy to be able to enjoy them. Luke is very kind and attentive, while very discreet. Thank you very much, to repeat.

We absolutely loved our stay in Jitske’s villa! Close enough to walk to the beach and so peaceful and quiet. The villa was spotless when we arrived! The kitchen was well equipped, showers were amazing and the outdoor space was incredible. Jitske was extremely friendly and responsive to messages. Will definitely be returning in future ☺️

We spent a very happy few days with all my family in Mane's house. The property is very comfortable and well thought out for a perfect stay. All appliances, beds , bedding, kitchen, and kitchen utensils, are of good quality. the pool is good size and super cared for. In the house there is a lot of tranquility and the view of the forest is very relaxing. The house has three large bedrooms on one level. Two of them do not have air conditioning only fans. We have not been hot but in the ad this circumstance is not clear and I think it has to be specified because in summer Jávea it is very hot. The master bedroom if it has air conditioning and a bathroom in suit. On the other hand, the garden is spacious but is much less taken care of than what you see in the listing of the house. Despite these details , I would recommend Mane's house for some great vacillons

7 of us (20 - 50year old females) have just returned from a lovely stay at this Villa and the experience was perfect. Lovely setting, lovely villa and just far enough out to be away from the madness of Benidorm but close enough to dip our toes in when we felt like it. Kevin the property manager was excellent and was on constant speed dial for taxis and everything and anything we needed. We had no issues at all and I would absoloutley return/recommend.

The villa was breathtakingly beautiful. Beyond our expectations. The staff ( Diego and Jorge) were very accommodating and professional. They made us feel at home. The staff responded quickly to any inquires. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants , stores and other interesting locations. The villa was well equipped and comfortable. We went to celebrate my husband's 30 years and Barry left us a bottle of wine and beers for our arrival. The house was very clean and tidy, with all the comforts advertised and very attentive at all times if you have any questions. A perfect home for a getaway with family or friends, barbecue, pool and all the amenities available. We will definitely be back !!!

We had a tremendous stay at Tanya’s. Everything was absolutely immaculate and both the home and the surroundings are pure paradise. Susana, Tanya’s friendly and helpful co-host welcomed us and showed us everything we needed making for a super smooth arrival. Our children rated the place 100 out of 100 and really loved the pool and exploring the incredible tiered back garden. It was very peaceful and tranquil here and we had everything needed for a beautiful break. We wished we could have stayed longer. It felt like pure luxury and is one of the most beautiful places we have stayed in.

We had the pleasure of calling this home our retreat for 10 days with extended family. The home is massive and will easily accommodate a larger party and maintain privacy for when desired. The location of the villa has breathtaking views and minutes to the quant town of Banissa. Robert and Jennifer were easily reached for questions and recommendations. The only downside to the trip was having to leave this oasis! We will definitely be back! Thank you for everything Robert!

A great house for a group of friends or family—comfortable, spacious, and easy to settle into. While parts of the home have been renovated, it still has an older feel, and some amenities could use attention. The outdoor seating and dining area are lovely and perfect for enjoying the weather. Do note that the house has several levels with many stairs, so it may not be ideal for those with mobility issues. Due to its hillside location and some distance from the center of Xàbia, I’d highly recommend having a car or e-scooters for getting around. Inge was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with.

Loved the place, the views are amazing. The pool was lovely, really quiet, great place for the girls to chill out!

We stayed in Olena’s villa for 8 days with two small children. Beautiful villa with a nice big pool that was even heated. There was everything we needed to cook food and enjoy nice days. Olena was always friendly and answered fast if there was any issues. Really great value. Would come again 🙏🌞

Pictures don't do this place justice. This house is so great if you are seeking quiet and peace with space to spread out and also very close to the beach (8 minutes) and the supermarket (5 minutes). We loved going to the great beaches around but LOVED having this house to ourselves and enjoyed many hours on the porch and by the pool. The house was squeaky clean and they had a tv you could watch Disney, prime and Netflix.. great after a long day in the sun. The house was dead quiet and dark and cool... great for great nights of sleep. Lots of space. Highly recommend for a weekend outside of the hustle and bustle and peace. Communication was very easy with David.
