We completely renovated it in 2019 to enjoy it ourselves and share it with you when my wife and I cannot go. So you will find all the comforts of home, such as dishwasher, food processor, etc. There is also a pool belonging to the building and a (slightly challanging) underground garage. It's our dream and now it can be yours too

The main house is a duplex with a bathroom, kitchen, and living room on the ground floor. The attic room is on the first floor. The other house consists of two bedrooms and one bathroom. Both share the rustic terrace to enjoy the countryside among orange trees.

Where you can enjoy a vacation without having to move your car. We offer our guests a comfortable and pleasant stay, ideal for groups and families.

Modernist house from 1906, restored with all amenities. Sleeps 8-10. Dining room with three sofas and library, 4 spacious and bright bedrooms, equipped kitchen and great terrace where you can sunbathe. Polinyà has shops, pharmacy, health center, swimming pool and sports facilities. Ten minutes by car to Swedish and Cullera beaches, half an hour to Valencia city. Close to the Alburera. Wide variety of excursions to the area.
