the apartment has a very beautiful view, it is spacious and well equipped for 6. the linens are of very good quality , the services too. the host is very attentive, there were bcp of products offered for our welcome. Julian kept in touch with us during our stay , he always advised us, although we did not meet his neighbor Noé who came very kindly to welcome us for him. Thank you.

Our stay at this Airbnb was simply wonderful. The location and layout of the place made us feel so at home. Laila's communications and willingness to help was second to none . With an excellent location and amazing views from the glass wall, it was a top quality place, impeccably clean with every amenity / appliance you could ask for. Just a few minutes from the beach, we took full advantage of the many local shops, restaurants, supermarket etc. Laila's Airbnb is everything as advertised, in a great location. Beautiful appartment, all things are brand new, loved the view, the location which is not far from the beach, has a supermarket nearby and has a good bus connection. We used also the indoor and outdoor pool a lot and the basketball playground with my daughter. Laura, the host, was very helpful in all we needed.

i had a very nice stay with my little family in Benidorm, the city is beautiful but what made it more peaceful is the apartment which was just beautiful we really loved a breathtaking view, very clean, very quiet, very proactive and attentive Matra...we will come back next time without hesitation.

A lovely clean place within walking distance of a really nice beach…all the amenities were there plus a pool that we could relax in. The underground parking was a plus too!

Vicente’s place was absolutely fabulous, even better than the photos! The apartment is beautifully designed with the most breathtaking sea view. Located in a quiet and peaceful area, yet just a short walk to everything you need. It was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Vicente was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout. I would return in a heartbeat and hope to stay even longer next time!

I just celebrated my 40th birthday in the Intempo building and I can't be more satisfied. The experience has been simply unforgettable. From the first moment, the treatment received has been impeccable. The attention to detail, the quality of the facilities and the luxury environment created the perfect environment to disconnect and enjoy with my family. I especially emphasize the tranquility that you breathe throughout the building, something very valued when you are looking for real rest. The views, cleanliness, interior design, and common areas far exceeded our expectations. The combination of comfort, exclusivity, and elegance made this stay a truly special celebration. Very clean and modern interior. 2 minute foitwalk to the sea. Restaurants, shops in close distance. Clean and nice pool :-) Highly recommened pkace to stay and enjoy Benidorm !!

This accommodation is situated in a 3 block larger luxurious apartment complex. The finishing of the apartment and public spaces is modern and high end. We loved the layout and the privacy and the terrace that is shielded from wind. Due to the sloped positioning on a hillside, from the living room you have full sea view, with no obstructions, with is nice. You do need a car to get around, since the apartment is located up the hill. The fitness, pool and sauna are nice and cleaned daily. The private parking spaces are impossibly small to get in- and out of if you have something else than a fiat 500 size car. Would definitely rent here again.

We were personally welcomed by the host in a very friendly manner. There was an extensive introduction to the apartment and the areas shared with other tenants such as pool, indoor pool and sauna. The stay itself was very nice. Right behind the complex you can hike nicely. A car is needed for shopping and driving to the beach. The facility itself is modern and clean. Andrej is a great host!

Great space, very clean, private, very quiet, 5 mins walk to the beach and restaurants, excellent location. Host is very responsive, allowed a late check out when we asked and even helped us with the suitcases. The space is spacious, 2 very clean bathrooms. Breathtaking views

The experience starts from the first contact with Abdelhakim. He was very attentive, and kind, he responded very quickly to our inquiries, we were really well taken care of. Upon arrival Maria welcomed us warmly, guided us, and showed us the apartment. If you are looking for a comfortable and quiet place, this is definitely the ideal place. The apartment has everything you need in utensils, a perfect terrace for breakfast and to hang out, the common areas are great (the neighbors are even very friendly), we felt at home. Very close to the Consum supermarket for shopping, 5 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants just as close. We will definitely be back.

We spent a few very nice days at Marta's house, the outside of the house is beautiful and allows to be in different environments. Marta was always attentive to answer questions and help us with what we need, we enjoyed it very much! Thank you for everything!

This host was always easily accessible and despite different languages we got along well. The house was extremely clean and offered us a good location for a home office for 3 months. We will be happy to come back here.

We had a fantastic week at Yan's place. The chalet is very spacious and comfortable for a family of four. Everything was very clean and new. The urbanization is spectacular. Near Del Torres beach and several trails down the cliffs. We will definitely be back! Thanks Yan!!! You are a super host!!!

We had a great holiday in Nelson and Daniela's villa from April 25th to May 3rd. What an incredibly sweet and hospitable owners! From the first moment we felt welcome. The villa was super clean and really equipped with all the comforts. In addition to the lovely swimming pool, we could also use a private gym, sauna, table tennis and even a dart game, ideal for both relaxation and fun. Everything was taken care of to the last detail. As an extra sweet surprise, we also got fresh oranges from their own tree, such a sweet and warm gesture! A perfect place to relax and have fun. We enjoyed it immensely and would definitely like to come back! Thank you dear Nelson & Daniela!

Pleasant stay at Parvaneh's, exactly as in the photos: very nice functional house with all the necessary amenities. ++ + for the outside , very beautiful maintained garden,the pool was very pleasant with lukewarm water for each swim . Beautiful elevated view of Denia and soothing around the Pego Monte. Very quiet district and all are close by (10-15 min drive: beach , restaurant , supermarket ... ) . Denia beach is very quiet , parking glued to the beach with places always available , perfect with children . From Denia , possibility to visit several cities and beaches at 30min-1h (moraira, calpe, benidrom...) We thank Parvaneh for his availability , for providing us with a crib and for adapting during our change of day of departure .

We were surprised by the house, located in a villa next to more houses with a huge community space with all kinds of facilities, totally recommended.

We have been 7 people now at the end of May, and everything has been as described and as I have seen that they provide comments from other people. A good stay, huge rooms, good communication with the host. A clean, cozy and spacious place in a really quiet place. Several of us in the group commented that we had slept very well.
