I recently had a wonderful five-day stay at Rebecca's kiln cottage, which truly felt like a hidden gem. The cottage was not only beautiful but also clean, comfortable, and set in peaceful surroundings. Being dog-friendly with plenty of lovely walks nearby made it even better. Rebecca, our host, was incredibly welcoming and provided us with useful information about local amenities. She was friendly, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would love to return. Thank you, Rebecca!

We had a lovely weekend staying at the Old Chapel House. It’s surrounded by a beautiful garden, we walked around it so much and lots of football was played! The house is really nice, comfy and homely. The hosts have thought of everything you may need which is so helpful. The showers were great, so powerful and hot! The beds were very comfortable, we all slept very well. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to use when preparing food. The best part was the surprise of the dining table that was laid for us to use with party poppers and a 70th balloon for my Mum’s birthday. That was so kind and sweet of the hosts, we appreciated it so much. We really can’t recommend it enough and we hope to be back one day!

A stunning Airbnb. Really thoughtful touches and definitely convenient for a longer stay. Beautiful peaceful location, but a convenient spot in the heart of Woodbridge. The perfect location as a base for our wedding weekend!

Perfect place for the two of us and our dog. Very comfortable and peaceful place to return to after a day exploring the broads, with parking in front of the lodge. We loved all the extra touches left for us and our dog too! WiFi worked fine for us and the TV as well as plenty of books/ games etc. The beds were clean and comfortable. Sonya was a lovely host and very responsive. We visited Norwich which was well worth it, so much to see and do. Lowestoft is only minutes away with sandy beaches. We had a full English breakfast on our last morning at the marina bar/restaurant which was huge and tasty. Nice trip away in a lovely area.

Had a lovely stay in Southwold. House is beautifully decorated, and the back paved area was a real sun-trap. Easy walking distance for everything in Southwold but far enough from the high street that it was lovely and peaceful. Two very large king sized bedrooms with tons of storage, third bedroom had bunk beds, fine for kids but adults may struggle. Really secure fenced in garden for a dog. As a family we found the house perfect and probably the best equipped kitchen of anywhere we have ever stayed. Will be our number one option for Southwold in the future.

We had the most lovely family holiday here. With a 3 and 1 year old this property had everything we needed to make us feel all feel right at home. A cot, high chair, bib, black out binds, you name it. The river and decking at the bottom of the garden was just so peaceful, our go to spot. We watched nesting swans and ducks, we all loved it. Thank you Hannah for having us. You have a beautiful Airbnb!!

Wonderful spacious, well-appointed property, in quiet location ideally suited to visiting the beach or Broads. Plenty of room for the six of us, plus dogs both inside and outside and the enclosed garden was perfect and safe for the grandchildren and dogs. This has to be one of the best places we have ever stayed in! The barn is spotless, had everything you need - and wonderful touches such as garden games and board games. The surrounding area is peaceful - with birdsong all day long. We spent a short but fabulous visit enjoying the space, the garden, the views and the hot tub! Just wonderful. Shaun is incredibly helpful and friendly. We will certainly be going back!

Wow what a lovely place to stay! It’s immaculate and has so much included what with the Hamper on arrival, kids toys and books and games, DVDS, spotlessly clean and the quality of the linen impressive! I would go as far as saying it’s the cleanest place we have stayed and in terms of location it’s perfect! All in walking distance! Comfy beds and sofas! I can not fault this place one bit! If you book you will not be disappointed! It’s on a lovely site with pool £4 per child and £5 per adult well worth it so clean and tidy! Lovely bar on site too all dog friendly! Get booking you will not be disappointed!

We had such a fantastic stay and we felt right at home. Everything was clean, well looked after and the chalet was equipped with more than you could need. Everything was thought out to give guests the best experience and there was a lovely welcome basket to give an extra special touch.The location was perfect with a nature reserve and lovely park within a few minutes walking distance. Would recommend over and over, will be staying again!

We had such a lovely time. Location was peaceful and the accommodation was perfectly placed for planned activities and so close to the beach. Inside was clean and lovely and warm and Hannah was fantastic at answering any questions very quickly and also making sure we were settled in. Thank you.

We booked a few nights away, very well kept and clean chalet. Hosts were very attentive to any messages or questions we had. Made our weekend very enjoyable and we will be booking again

Polly place was magical. It is really well set up, with amenities that you would need. The grounds are beautiful and the house cosy. We fell in love with their little dog Lettice. We hope to come back one day.

We had a lovely stay at Helen’s place near Oulton Broad for 3 nights with the kids and the dog. Lovely little attention to detail with dog treats and dog bowls left out, also some treats for the humans. Thanks!

Absolutely perfect stay in a beautiful area. The house was spotless and even bigger than the photos show! It was perfect for 4 adults and my 16 month old daughter. Stuart sent great instructions through and loads of information about the local area, although we actually loved the house and grounds so much that we didn’t venture any further - we had a lovely few relaxing days in the house and walks around the woodland. My daughter even got to feed the goats. Will definitely come back, and will do a summer visit too as the pool looked beautiful.

I loved Ben’s Cottage - it was cosy, clean and had everything I needed to hand. Charlotte was so helpful - with an extra torch, guidance for using the wood burner and checking in that all was ok when I arrived, as I was there by myself. She thoughtfully provided milk, cookies and wine. Yummy. Thank you for a super stay ❤️❤️

Potash Cottage is a superb place to stay in a totally idyllic rural setting ‘far from the madding crowd’. Lisa takes genuine delight in hosting and all the lovely touches, recommendations and treats show this from the moment you arrive. Uniquely furnished, impeccably clean and so comfortable, the cottage is such a special place… in a very special and beautiful part of secluded rural Suffolk. Watching Barn Owls and hearing a Nightingale in the adjacent woodland was unforgettable, as was the whole experience. We had asked about returning for a week next summer before we had even left after this first visit! Thank you so much, Lisa, your property is a credit to you!

We had a lovely stay. The place looked better than in the pictures, was very clean, and was fitted with everything we needed for a comfortable and peaceful stay. It is highly recommended for families with small children, as it is not over-decorated and the host provides plenty of games and books as well as a travel cot and a high chair. Our baby had a lot of fun, and we felt it was a safe place for her to play around.

We have said in. Airbnb in Southwold many times and this was one of the best places that we’ve stayed. Great location, lovely house and garden. Thoroughly recommend.

Pips Cottage was a lovely quaint place, based in a location that opened up lots of other opportunities to get out and about around Suffolk. Ringsfield itself is a sleepy place, with just a pub for leisure time. The cottage was perfect for what we wanted, quiet, but accessible enough to other areas. The cottage is lovely and cosy and had everything you needed for a few days away. Would highly recommend.

Just returned from a couple of days stay at Chatten House with my family. It was a perfect stay. The house was very clean and tidy with a lovely garden. Everything we needed was provided. Great location just a short ride into Southwold and also a couple of Pubs close by with good food. My wife , Daughter , Granddaughter and Son in Law all had a great time and would like to go back again in the future. Thank you for the use of your house , we felt very much at home. Cheers Keith

Lovely clean & welcoming apartment in a great location right in the centre of Southwold. Super comfy beds & everything we needed for a short stay when visiting family.

Beautiful little cottage with period features. Very tastefully renovated and furnished. Everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Queens Head a 10 minute walk. Good food. The Star Inn is about a 20 minute walk and a truly lovely, quirky pub with great home cooked food and a wonderful garden view of the Blyth valley. 15 minutes to Walberswick or Southwold Would definitely recommend
