Gorleston has a long sandy beach with a children's splash pad in the summer and boat pond. Excellent walks for dogs. Lighthouse View is 5 mins walk from this beach. Lots of nearby pubs, restaurants, softplay and a fairground. The house sleeps 11 plus 2 babies (I supply 2 travel cots and 2 high chairs). Stair gates also supplied. The house has 5 large bedrooms, kitchen, b, sitting room/dining room, garden and hot tub. Parking for 2 cars at the back of the house. Free parking in the streets around

Bunting - a lovely seaside cottage with garden

Built in 1905, Bunting is a cosy cottage in the heart of Southwold, which is surely the epitome of the traditional English seaside resort. The cottage was completely remodelled inside in 2019, and the garden was landscaped with a coastal theme in June 2020. It is opposite a lovely park with children's swings, next to St Edmund's church. Southwold's famous beach, lighthouse, Edwardian pier and high street with its high quality shops, pubs and restaurants are all less than five minutes walk away.

We stayed in this beautiful house for a long weekend as a family celebration for my 70th birthday which was in April. As my family live in 3 different county’s we succeeded in getting them all together including our 14 months old great grandson. The layout of the house was ideal for what we wanted. The only very minor problem was there wasn’t any condiments which we expected would have been supplied. The host was easily accessible if we needed her and everyone commented how comfy the beds were.

We had an amazing time here and would fully recommend this stay! The home was absolutely beautiful, decorated amazingly and the hot tub and garden was really the icing on the cake. Our rooms were comfy and spacious and had everything we needed for a great stay. The home has modern technology throughout which added an extra level of luxury. We all fitted in comfortably and truly have not a bad word to stay about our stay. We all were blown away with the presentation and will certainly be back. Two of us celebrated birthdays and what a fabulous place to do so! Thank you for such an amazing weekend xx

Beautiful holiday villa especially if you wish to travel With kids.. spacious and beautiful garden.. Vila was pre equipped with all the appliances and very clean.. We’ve just returned from a 2 night stay at green valley farm, renting all 4 cottages for new years celebrations. We had a great time! The cottages are decorated beautifully and felt really cosy, with all of the utensils/appliances you could need! We also loved the little touch of a welcome basket and a dog essentials basket too! I would 100% recommend Rebecca and Green valley farm and would definitely book again Thankyou so much! ♥️

I have just returned from an absolutely amazing stay at The Osiers. The cottage is even more stunning in person! I was so excited when we pulled up in the car because it’s so beautiful from the outside, but I was even more excited when we walked into the house! The kitchen and dining area/conservatory are so stunning, the lounge is so cosy and inviting and the bedrooms are beautiful. And, as for the garden, it’s incredible! It’s a gorgeous big, private garden with a table and chairs and a hot tub, which my nieces were very happy about! We all loved sitting out in the garden listening to the birds singing and watching the sheep and alpaca in the field opposite. My only disappointment was not getting to see the deers, but that’s nature for you! Maybe next time.. Joanna and Chris could not have been more helpful, accommodating and friendly. They really are 5* hosts! The cottage and location were so wonderful, we definitely plan to revisit! I highly recommend booking up a stay here.

We spent a really enjoyable Easter break with the family at this property. It's a lovely house in a peaceful location and has been tastefully renovated and decorated throughout with the highlight being the open plan kitchen which forms the hub of the house. The property is very conveniently located for both the Pier and the shops and other amenities in Southwold. Emma was an excellent host and was very helpful and quick in responding to questions.

We had a wondeful time at the House in the Clouds. It was a great place for a family celebration and none of us could really believe we were staying in such an iconic building and one we had looked at since the 1970's. Such an amazing place for a family reunion and all the children who visited during the weekend (thye were staying in other houses in Thorpeness) had a brilliant time too. There is so much for them to do in the house and garden. The kitchen was really well equipped and we cooked meals for the 10 of us actually staying in the house. Thoroughly reccomend this unique experience.

Moon Fleet House is a fabulous place to stay In picturesque Winterton on Sea. It was the perfect solution for our family with guests ranging from 8 to 80 and a dog. The downstairs bedroom was a real bonus and the house is right in the centre of the village with shops and pubs in easy walking distance. The beach is also tantalisingly close. The house feels like a home and has everything you could think of to make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible. Thank you to our hosts for fantastic communication throughout. We hope to come back soon.
