Vacation rentals with a pool in Retamar

We just finished a lovely 10 day stay at Rafael’s house. The photos don’t do it justice!! Very spacious and clean, with a pool that is much larger than it looks from photos. Plenty clean towels etc, and the fact it has chairs/a parasol to use at the beach was a huge bonus. Great communication from both Jason and Rafael, plus very accommodating to our changing flight times/delays. Air con in every room was a welcome relief from the lovely sunshine, and the little shop round the corner has all the basics to keep the fridge topped up! Overall a great relaxing holiday, we’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic stay at Casa de Juan! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Casa de Juan, hosted by Domenika, was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. Domenika is a fantastic host—friendly, attentive, and always available for any questions or local tips. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Agnieszka, who handed us the keys and explained everything. She was very kind and made sure we felt at home right away. The house itself is beautiful: clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to everything we wanted to visit. We loved the cozy atmosphere and the stunning outdoor space. In short, we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed a great time in this well kept and comfortable apartment. Very comfortable bed, with nice bed linen and good quality fluffy towels. We had sole use of the pool and deck area, with sun loungers, seating and parasol shade. Beautiful, quiet location with stunning backdrop of mountains and Mojacar village. Long stretches of beach with easy parking the whole way along the coast. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops, everything you could want for a really lovely stay in this stunning town.

We had a great stay here. The apartment was as described and we received clear details with annotate photos about how to get into the private garage etc. Hosts responded quickly to messages. Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment with comfy sofa and beds. The kitchen was well equipped with every utensil you could need! Outside balconies well equipped with a range of seating. We will definitely be back in the future to either this accommodation or one of Antonio and Laura’s other properties.

My husband and I spend 4 days on Javier’s place, it is very good, with parking, less than 100m from the beach, with lots of restaurants, supermarkets, shops and even automatic laundry facilities close. It’s on 2nd floor with a beautiful view of the pool, gardens and sea. Good bed (we didn’t used the sofa bed) and a kitchen with all you need if want to cook, you only has to bring your food. We enjoyed breakfast at the terrace every day, the WiFi is good and strong to stream your favorite shows and movies. The communication with him it’s very good and respond very fast.

Beautiful place with a lovely view. It was quite windy when we were there in march so we needed to fetch the pillows for the terrace all over the place. I recommend this place! /Anna

Daniel's place has exceptional views, especially from the bedroom. The description is quite accurate and you will find all the amenities of everyday life; the apartment is very well equipped; nothing is missing. Daniel was great throughout the stay; he responded very quickly to any questions we had and helped us a lot throughout the stay. We highly recommend their accommodation.

Wow! What a fantastic host and an amazing penthouse apartment. 5 stars all round. Situated front line to Romanilla Playa the apartment is extremely spacious with a wonderful terrace that looks out over the communal gardens and swimming pool to the beach and sea beyond. It is a truly beautiful setting. The apartment is furnished for longer stays with a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine, 2 bathrooms and an extensive living area with a large TV. The peaceful residential surroundings are far more preferable than the hustle and bustle of the Roquetas tourist area. Lots of restaurants, cafe bars, shops and supermarkets are within close vicinity. No need for a car, everything in Roquetas is walkable from the apartment, including; Plaza de Toros and the bust station (10 minutes), the Port area and Castillo de Santa Ana with additional bars and restaurants (10 minutes), and the Gran Plaza shopping centre (10 minutes). The accommodation had everything, the service was perfect, the location is on the outskirts of town. But we recommend it 100%.
