Vacation rentals with a pool in Retamar

We just finished a lovely 10 day stay at Rafael’s house. The photos don’t do it justice!! Very spacious and clean, with a pool that is much larger than it looks from photos. Plenty clean towels etc, and the fact it has chairs/a parasol to use at the beach was a huge bonus. Great communication from both Jason and Rafael, plus very accommodating to our changing flight times/delays. Air con in every room was a welcome relief from the lovely sunshine, and the little shop round the corner has all the basics to keep the fridge topped up! Overall a great relaxing holiday, we’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic stay at Casa de Juan! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Casa de Juan, hosted by Domenika, was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. Domenika is a fantastic host—friendly, attentive, and always available for any questions or local tips. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Agnieszka, who handed us the keys and explained everything. She was very kind and made sure we felt at home right away. The house itself is beautiful: clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to everything we wanted to visit. We loved the cozy atmosphere and the stunning outdoor space. In short, we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay. We will definitely be back!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt geliebt und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Die Unterkunft ist klein aber blitzsauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das ganze Inventar sowie auch die Poolmöbel sind wirklich hochwertig und in einem super Zustand. Die Terrasse und der Pool sind insbesondere aufgrund der Aussicht auf die Berge einfach perfekt. Das Haus liegt ruhig, aber Restaurants, Cafés und der Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar. Direkt hinter dem Haus, kann man in den Bergen mit dem Hund spazieren gehen. Auch Dan & Natalie waren jederzeit für uns erreichbar und haben stets versucht uns bestmöglich weiterzuhelfen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und freuen uns schon hoffentlich ganz bald wieder zu kommen!

Wir haben für unserem Roadtrip durch Spanien bestimmt 300 Wohnungen durchgesehen und Sam und Mats Wohnung war klar der Outperformer. Das Haus ist wirklich gut entworfen. Man fährt praktisch direkt hinein und geht vom eigenen Parkplatz zum Fahrstuhl. Eine super Wohnung, gut eingerichtet, in einem Stil, den man auch selbst wählen würde. Super Lage und ein Blick wie im Film. Die Betten sind gut, das Bad einfach klasse. Starker Wasserdruck, heißes Wasser, alles sehr funktional. Wer gerne kocht, findet alles in der Küche. Außerdem funktionieren alle Geräte sehr gut. Man kann es hier auch länger aushalten. Und die Terrasse ist eigentlich unbeschreiblich!!

My husband and I spend 4 days on Javier’s place, it is very good, with parking, less than 100m from the beach, with lots of restaurants, supermarkets, shops and even automatic laundry facilities close. It’s on 2nd floor with a beautiful view of the pool, gardens and sea. Good bed (we didn’t used the sofa bed) and a kitchen with all you need if want to cook, you only has to bring your food. We enjoyed breakfast at the terrace every day, the WiFi is good and strong to stream your favorite shows and movies. The communication with him it’s very good and respond very fast.

Accueil par l'hôte lui même, il nous attendait sur place et nous a fait visiter les lieux. Malgré la barrière de la langue, l'accueil fut chaleureux. Proximité des commerces, de la plage et parking sécurisé

Le logement de Daniel bénéficie d'une vue exceptionnelle notamment à partir de la chambre. La description est tout à fait conforme à la réalité et on trouve toutes les commodités de la vie courante ; l'appartement est très bien pourvu ; rien ne manque. Daniel a été super pendant tout le séjour ; il a répondu très rapidement à toutes nos questions et nous a beaucoup aidé tout au long du séjour. Nous recommandons très fortement son logement.

Wow! What a fantastic host and an amazing penthouse apartment. 5 stars all round. Situated front line to Romanilla Playa the apartment is extremely spacious with a wonderful terrace that looks out over the communal gardens and swimming pool to the beach and sea beyond. It is a truly beautiful setting. The apartment is furnished for longer stays with a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine, 2 bathrooms and an extensive living area with a large TV. The peaceful residential surroundings are far more preferable than the hustle and bustle of the Roquetas tourist area. Lots of restaurants, cafe bars, shops and supermarkets are within close vicinity. No need for a car, everything in Roquetas is walkable from the apartment, including; Plaza de Toros and the bust station (10 minutes), the Port area and Castillo de Santa Ana with additional bars and restaurants (10 minutes), and the Gran Plaza shopping centre (10 minutes). Thank you Rocio, it was a pleasure to meet. We will return.

Très bon séjour, logement conforme aux photos et très propre. Le parking privée est un plus et la piscine au pied de l’appartement c’est top aussi bien pour les enfants que les adultes. Sandrine est très réactive, et Octavia qui nous a remis les clefs à était réactives et disponible. Très bon séjour et super hôtes ! Je recommande ++ Merci Sandrine.
