We stayed a week in August, family of four with two children aged 5 and 8, having a very good stay. Pros: The apartment has all the necessary amenities to spend a long stay, with air conditioning and fans in all rooms. The kitchen is complete and has all the appliances and utensils you may need. The terrace is very comfortable, and the pool can be enjoyed a lot, the community being very well cared for. As for location, it is well located to get to know Cabo de Gata Park or visit Almeria. The distance to the beach will be about 9 minutes walk. There is place to park to spare in the area. Paula is a very caring host at all times and decisive. Cons: The ceiling fan in the small room has no power to move the air. The faucet in the sink has little pressure. Many ants looking for food around the apartment, you can't leave anything open that they find it quick.

Everything was great :-) very communicative and friendly. It responds very quickly. The area is 10 and the accommodation is small but for us well, in front of the promenade and the pool is the best. Very large , very nice urbanization and very quiet to go with the family.

A community pool is surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant flowering plants, with guests enjoying the water. Tall palm trees provide shade against the bright blue sky, while residential buildings can be seen in the background.

It was a very pleasant stay, a good location and a very quiet area. Close to Cabo de Gata, the beaches and Almeria. The apartment is great, highly recommended, both the accommodation and the host.
