Monthly Rentals in Redding

My time here was very relaxing and peaceful. I loved the private patio and entrance. I could come and go without interrupting the host family. I could not have chosen a better spot for my get away. I would certainly stay here again.

I had a great stay in Eric’s place. All amenities were listed. Very quiet which I appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

I do not exaggerate when I say that Leilani is an amazing host. She's incredibly caring, responsive, and it is plainly evident that she wants her guests to feel extremely well-cared for and comfortable. As for the Airbnb itself, essentially every accommodation I could want was provided for; a clean kitchen with plentiful equipment, well-maintained security around the housing area for both myself and my vehicle, a spacious outdoor area complete with a fire pit, tree house, and plenty of lounging area, a very comfortable mattress, and adequate space for living and storage. Everything is well kept and she has done an excellent job in making everything aesthetically pleasing. I stayed up in Redding for almost two months for work-related reasons, and would have gladly done so for many more. I wholeheartedly recommend this listing for the price. It is well worth the value, and Leilani is simply wonderful.
