we needed to check in early because we were staying in a hotel and check out time was noon and James bio said that you cannot check in before 3:00 so I emailed him and explained the situation and he graciously responded in the timely fashion he was able to allow us to check in early He's super friendly very helpful I would totally recommend his place.

I absolutely love my stay at Sherrys. The house was clean, beautiful and very peaceful. I will definitely return :) this is my second time booking with Sherry and She’s an amazing host.

Last minute booking for me, but the host is super responsive, she emailed me back within minutes of booking at 5am. Love the place, very peaceful and comfortable, will be booking in the near future!

Wonderful experience. Clean and convenient. Great value. There were 5 of us staying for 7 days, each had a room. We were gone most days, but I heard NO complains... NONE.. about the Victor's place. 'Nuff said. If you like being cool at night, put them downstairs. The two rooms in the basement were much chiller than the rooms upstairs on the 3rd level. We had a lot of cars, we parked 3 on the driveway, 2 on the street. Beds were comfortable. Good water pressure. I always give a negative so you don't think I'm a shill. If I were to nick pick ... and I'd definitely nick picking here... there were a few insects... but this is Georgia. It's muggy and it rained. Oh.. and lastly, downstairs... The outdoor area is AWESOME, just bring spray for the mosquitoes. Vic can't control that. I'm just warning ya.. We hung out there at night. We learned that the hard way.

I have stayed here multiples times now and always have a perfect stay! I love the large TV, fridge, microwave, they provide everything you might need incase you don't have it including utensils, toothpaste, mouthwash, makeup wipes, earplugs and so on! They go above and beyond. I even forgot my suitcase and they kept it safe for me until I could pick it up. Communication was always super fast! Thank you, this is my go to stop when I come through the area :)

We stayed at Jaya's for a couple of days while we were in town for a concert, and the location was so quiet and had the perks of being next door to a track and green space. I would definitely stay here next time I'm in Atlanta!

Decatur is one of the nicest locales in the Atlanta area and Bruce's place is virtually in the middle of it. Its actual appearance is much like the photos. We liked, especially, its bright appearance afforded by the skylights and clerestory windows. Other strengths were its advanced HVAC system, a lovely back porch, its privacy and quiet.

Michelle's apartment was in the exact right place and had all the amenities we needed for a fabulous trip to see friends in Atlanta. She was so responsive to our requests and the location cannot be beat. We will return!

Jonathan’s place is convenient, functional and well-stocked. I was recovering from surgery while I was there, and the first floor location and comfortable furnishings were just what I needed. Jonathan replied quickly to any questions. Would stay there again (although, next time preferably without the surgery!)

The apartment was just as pictured in the photos. It was very clean and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. There were lots of stores, shops, and restaurants within minutes. Kay was a great host. I had no reason to contact her because she left detailed instructions for everything! I was also pleasantly surprised that there were snacks, water, and even little bottles of wine. Unfortunately, I had to work while I was there, but the desk and chair were comfortable and I had no WIFI issues. The bed was also extremely comfortable and there were several options (air conditioner, fans, heaters) available to control the temperature of the rooms. I will definitely come back.

This comfortably humble and well appointed, very tidy touch-down space was perfect for a weekend of places to go and things to do. The front porch with rocking chairs was the best unexpected part-very nice porch. Place was spotless. We’ll definitely want to rebook for our next Atlanta trip. Thank you guys for a perfect stay.

This was an amazing stay. The house was very cold at one point, but she didn’t hesitate to turn it to a better temperature for me overall everything went perfect perfectly and if there’s an available date, I’ll be looking forward to staying again!

Adrianas was very responsive and informative.I had problems finding the place and Adriana was understanding and helpful I love the fireplace in the living and the nice views of downtown Atlanta.Everything was just like in the pictures

Thomas has been really great. Very responsive when we needed assistance. Also very friendly when we got to meet him as well. His place is very comfortable and home-y. Well maintained and clean. Functional amenities. Also includes complimentary wine and drinks. Made our stay great. Thank you so much!

Let me start this place was absolutely beautiful!! I have stayed in many bnb but Ive never been in one so setup I literally felt like I was at a relative guest house it was equipped with everything literally on down to deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrush in case you forgot your own. I traveled with my in-laws and they have knee problems she went as far as to send a a picture where they can access the apartment without the couple steps. While we were there we accidentally broke a couple dishes offered to pay she turned it saying accidents happens I forgot to mention the games, the snacks and a cabinet full of seasonings to cook. Oh yeah we was looking for something to do she has a notebook full food and activity places if you’re looking at this place don’t hesitate to book her response time was almost immediately every time

Sara's place was perfect for the convention we attended that was about a block away. The security at the entrance and multiple locked checkpoints made us feel safe during our stay, and Sara was super responsive when we had any questions. I'm hoping we can get it again for next year!

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

William is a very responsive and responsible host. His communication is great and the bnb was as expected. Good location, with places for food nearby, and walkable to a lot of different places. Scooters, bikes, and the Marta train station nearby as well. Would recommend!

Was in town for a couple of nights and just needed a place to rest. beautiful interior and made me feel at peace and welcome by checking in and making sure everything is ok
