This spot couldn’t have been more perfect. On a quiet street, incredibly walkable to just about anything you would want to do. We only drove one to a farmer’s market one mile away, the rest of the time we walked with no more than a 10 minute commute everywhere we went. The space was very clean and stocked with everything you could need. Beth’s instructions very clear and concise. I could go on. Excellent space. Highly recommend.

My stay was great! Such a beautiful home in a great area! Everything we needed was very close by! We enjoyed the kitchen and dining area with the family room attached had a great dinner with my family using the grill as well! The rooms were perfect for my family! We enjoyed our time in the backyard as well playing with the kids! Such a great listing! Robert was great! And responded fast to any questions I had! 10 out of 10!

Liudmila’s place was exactly how described! Even though there were a couple of mishaps, she communicated and accommodated us! The place was clean, spacious and up to date! Every time we come into town, most definitely will stay here again! Thank you again!

5⭐️ This was the perfect getaway for our anniversary. We drove all the way from Florida to visit the Atlanta Zoo. We also went to the aquarium and medieval times. We ate at American deli and Frankie’s Steakhouse. Everything from the Air BNB to the food from surrounding restaurants were all fantastic. The hot tub was perfect, we went in literally every night that we stayed haha. Other reviews mentioned privacy, I can see what they mean but the owners were never seen. We saw lights on in the house maybe twice. We never felt like we were being watched. It truly felt like our own little sanctuary lol. The only thing that was scary was the driveway 😂 but I live in Florida with no hills so it felt like a rollercoaster every time we left and came back. My husband is from Ohio and was used to this. I’m just being a little dramatic haha. The host responded quickly to questions/concerns. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Great place to stay!!! We came down to Georgia for the I was feeling epic convention and this Airbnb was only 20 minutes away from it. The host was very responsive and super friendly! I would definitely recommend this place and will definitely stay again next trip down!!

A lovely refuge near the heart of East Atlanta. Walkable or a very short drive to some fantastic coffee shops, restaurants and bars. The design and comfort level of this space were among the best I’ve experienced through Airbnb. Rich, bold colors and artwork were complemented by extra comfy beds and a wonderful couch that easily fit our family of three for some relaxing down time. The trees of the neighborhood were lush and made for good bird and squirrel watching. Close proximity to highway 20 made commuting to family east of the city incredibly easy. Melissa and company were wonderfully responsive hosts.

Elizabeth is a wonderful host. We had an amazing weekend at this beautiful cottage. The room is so clean, and she prepared almost everything you need for it. The location is convenient, and surrounded with all kinds of great restaurants, especially Asian restaurants. Definitely will stay here again when we come back to Atlanta. Elizabeth even gave us a box of fresh eggs as check out gifts. Such a generous sweet person. We’re so glad that we chose this cottage to spend our weekend.

Overall: This is an excellent budget find, in a safe area, with a wonderfully responsive and helpful host. It is easy to find, close to lots of great things to do, and we felt right at home. It was spacious for our family of 5 and the a/c worked well. The yard was nice, everything was well furnished, and though there are a few "old house" quirks, there was NOTHING negative in the way of cleanliness or safety. Pros: Lawrence is by far the friendliest and most responsive host I have ever had in my years of renting on airbnb. He was helpful and his place was very spacious and welcoming, we had all the information we needed, and everything was very comfortable. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. Cons: The house is on the older side, and had some typical old house quirks. The bathrooms/showers could really stand to be updated. It would have been nice to have a better availability of standard kitchen items like coffee filters, paper towels, tin-foil, and a baking dish or two.

Homi Spaces was beautiful. The pics described the property perfectly. Mymy and Christina were wonderful and responsive hosts. They kept the property clean, offered their help and made us feel at home. They provided extras like detergent and snacks. The property was clean and comfy for my family. I would definitely recommend this spacious property to anyone visiting the Atlanta Metro area. I would definitely rent again.

Enjoyed staying there. It was like I expected. The overall price was a great value compared to other homes in the area. The list of rules/check-out info was a little more than most homes, but was nothing too intense. It was easy stuff. I would definitely try to stay here again in the future.

Great listing! Self check-in was efficient and easy. The house is incredibly spacious. It is exactly as listed, including the salt and pepper being the only cooking material! Which is not a negative, I just mentioned that because their listing is *exactly* as described and they do mention this in the amenities. We brought all our own materials to cook because of this, and they had a great set of dishware and pots and pans, everything was exactly what we needed for a short stay!

The house was perfect for our group and very spacious, the only thing we noticed was one of the TVs didn’t have battery in the remote and not enough linens and toilet paper for our stay.

I enjoyed my stay here for 4 nights. It was spacious and comfortable and clean. The only minor drawback was that the listing advertised a workspace that specifically listed the presence of an extended monitor. Unfortunately this was not present- I contacted Alicia and she said a guest had previously broken it. It wasn’t a major deal, but it certainly was one of the reasons I chose this place since I needed to work remotely while there, so I was a bit disappointed. This could easily be remedied by updating the listing description to remove the part about a monitor being included. Besides that, Alicia was a great communicator and I would definitely stay again!
