Come stay at our clean and spacious home located in a quiet Bemidji neighborhood! This is a true home away from home. With 7 beds in total including 2 kings, 2 queens, and 3 twins, there's plenty of space for you and your group! A fully stocked kitchen gives you the opportunity to whip up a home cooked meal and enjoy a cup of Caribou coffee from our keurig. Plenty of linens, towels, pillows, blankets, dishes, a portable baby crib, a high chair, etc. are provided. A washer and dryer are located downstairs. High speed wifi powers your devices as well as the 5 smart TV's that are located in both living rooms, and the three upstairs bedrooms. These TV's are equipped with Hulu live TV so you can watch NFL on Sundays, Peacock, so you can watch The Office and HBO Max. A private fenced in backyard with a large patio provides a great place to play yard games, grill, have a campfire and hang out. Inside you'll find a house filled with many amenities, cozy beds, a gas fireplace, two living areas, and a game room with a pool table. A smart thermostat makes it easy to control the heat and AC throughout the seasons. This home is a terrific place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the one of a kind city of Bemidji! Our guests love the convenience of this rare home as it is 2 miles from downtown Bemidji, 1/2 mile from the Sanford Center, 1/2 mile from boat access to Lake Bemidji, and within easy walking distance to a beautiful park. Super nice place tucked into the corner of a very nice campground on a very picturesque lake. Close enough to neighboring towns for convenience and things to explore, but far enough away that you can experience the peaceful surroundings. Pet friendly, and well prepared for us! Would definitely visit again!

Wonderful, memorable stay. I loved the beauty and serenity of Bolton Bay. The camper was amazing, unlike anything I have ever experienced. It was very clean and stocked with everything I could have needed. Chris truly is a "Super Host". He is so focused on making sure that his guests have the best vacation ever. I plan to return to Bolton Bay as often as possible!

We absolutely loved our stay at Leon’s cabins. They really thought of everything in these cabins and we had more than we even knew we needed. I cant say enough wonderful things about Leon who was such a thoughtful host. The cabin he built was absolutely beautiful. We loved every inch of it. His property was so private and peaceful. We have never said we would want to return to an airbnb until now. We cant wait to book again. Thank you, Leon for the most perfect stay!

This cabin was great. We had a retreat for the women in our family to do crafts and just get together. It was the perfect spot for this. Plenty of space, the cabin had everything we needed, and the host was awesome when the cold weather caused my truck to not start. I was able to get a late checkout while I was waiting for my husband to jump my truck. We are hoping to rent this out during the summer for some family fun as well!!

WOW!!! If we could give a 10 we would. We have stayed at many Airbnb’s and this is absolutely the best of the best. It is simply stunning and such wonderful space for gatherings with family and friends. We all had a fabulous time here and we will book again - it is so well appointed, provides for so many fun things to do including darts, shuffleboard, pool, hot tub, sauna and we rented the pontoon which is also so amazing. The house and area is stunning and so peaceful. We had a wonderful, relaxing time and will cherish our memories from staying here forever. Thanks to the host for the responsive ness, welcoming gift and tremendous hospitality.
