Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, um ein paar Tage einfach abzuschalten und die Berge zu genießen. Ideal für Skifahrer bzw Snowboardfahrer, da es die Möglichkeit zum Trocknen der Ski Sachen etc gibt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Airbnb! Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen😊

Tolles und uriges Häuschen direkt am Fluss gelegen. Ein einzigartiges Panorama. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die nächste Gondel ist fußläufig erreichbar, mit der man zu tollen Wanderstrecken gelangt. Die Gastgeber Sabine und Peter sind total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das war sicher nicht der letzte Besuch.

Wir hatten eine angenehme und entspannte Zeit im Apartment von Susan. Es ist ruhig gelegen, sehr gut ausgestattet und nicht weit von Bäcker und Supermarkt entfernt. Susan und Peter waren sehr flexibel bei Check-In und Check-Out und hatten viele praktische Tips. Der Parkplatz vor der Tür war praktisch um morgens früh zum Skifahren loszukommen.

Die Unterkunft liegt fußläufig zur Piste und ist mit allem was benötigt wird ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig und lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Da wir selber gekocht haben, waren wir über die wirklich gut ausgestattete Küche sehr erfreut. Die Sauna rundete alles ab. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und kümmern sich um einen reibungslosen Ablauf. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Siamo una giovane coppia ed era la nostra prima vacanza assieme, era per questo molto speciale e siamo stati felicissimi di aver scelto quest’appartamento che ha reso tutto perfetto. Host disponibilissimo per qualsiasi cosa, molto gentile e chiaro in tutto, l’appartamento era ben tenuto, pulito ed ordinato. All’interno ci sono molti confort tutti funzionanti, non abbiamo avuto problemi in niente e zona molto bella, per noi strategica perché si trovava centrale rispetto ad alcuni nostri punti di interesse. Consigliamo vivamente e sarà sicuramente la nostra scelta se dovessimo tornare a Novella!

Wir waren übers Wochenende mit der gesamten Familie zum Skiurlaub. Alles war genauso, wie beschrieben – sauber, gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage ist zum Skifahren sehr gut bis gut (innerhalb von 10-20 Minuten zum Skilift). Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden auf jeden Fall gerne wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen. Durch den offenen Wohnraum ist es etwas hellhörig, wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr luxuriös eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Wellnessbereich ist ein Hingucker. Kitzbühel ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar, somit auch alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Gastgeber war immer erreichbar. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist: Nähe der Hauptstraße. Auf dem Balkon bzw. auf der Terrasse hört man die Autogeräusche.

Absolutely fantastic apartment on the top of the hill. Amazing views and the apartment was so clean and comfortable. Great location with alpe di siusi just nearby. And near to many other panoramic Dolomites. Thomas was a fantastic host, super friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend this apartment and we hope to be back again! Thanks Thomas!

Wir sind als kleine Familie mit unserem 1-jährigen Sohn gereist. Die Unterkunft ist super modern, alles sehr neu und sauber. Wir hatten einen großen Balkon mit Blick aufs Meraner Tal und den Apfelplantagen. Unser Sohn hatte jeden Tag sehr viel Spaß, sowohl beim Hasen und Meerschweinchenfüttern, als auch beim Spielen (drinnen: großes Spielzimmer mit verschiendensten Duplosteinen, Spielküche, Autos, Puppen, Spielen, Büchern, etc. draußen: Trampolin, Rutsche, Schaukel, etc.). Die Inhaber waren super freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder gerne dort Urlaub machen! :)

Das Apartment hat durch das Zirbenholz eine ganz angenehme Atmosphäre, ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht, sogar ein Geschirrspüler ist vorhanden. Vom kleinen Balkon aus hat man einen herrlichen Ausblick ins Vinschgau und zu den Berggipfeln rundherum. Perfekt, um Wanderungen zu machen, aber auch zum entspannen und genießen. Im Ort sind viele Restaurants, die auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar sind mit etwas Weg. Praktisch ist auch die Südtirol Karte für Bahn und Bus sowie die Karte fürs Schwimmbad! Markus und seine Frau sind sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich und waren immer verfügbar, wenn etwas war.

Siamo stati ospiti di Christian e sua moglie nella loro bellissima casa a Lana. La posizione è ottima, vicino al centro del paese, in una zona molto tranquilla, alla fine di una strada, in un contesto residenziale nuovo. Fin dalla prenotazione Christian e Ali, si sono dimostrati disponibilissimi per organizzarci attività o darci consigli sulla zona in tutti i momenti della vacanza. All'arrivo ci ha accolti Christian ed è come se fossi a casa nostra. Ci ha fatto parcheggiare la nostra auto nel garage a disposizione degli ospiti e ci ha mostrato la casa, uno splendido appartamento nella casa storica della nonna, ristrutturato nel 2022 in modo eccellente, con ogni comfort ed eleganza. La cucina dotata di nuovissimi ed efficienti elettrodomestici è pratica e soddisfa le esigenze di una vacanza. Durante il soggiorno Christian è stato squisitamente disponibile dimostrando doti rare di umanità. Siamo stati davvero bene a Villa M e abbiamo goduto del relax tanto sognato. Torneremo sicuramente.

The place itself was amazing with incredible views. The location was perfect just steps from the ski lift and a short walk to the center of town. There was some miscommunication during check-in which caused us to not be able to get in until 5 pm but other than that we would definitely recommend.

We spent a really nice week in Andrea's apartment. It's clean, warm in winter days, the kitchen is well equipped. You can leave your skis and boots in the basement. There's a convenient parking place at the back of the house. You just need to be aware that your room can be visited by the hosts when you're away (for example some garbage has been taken away, a new blanket put on a bed etc) and we haven't been informed about that beforehand. It was okay with us eventually but little bit odd, not something we've been used to with Airbnb apartments so far.

Es hat wirklich alles gestimmt. Auch an unsere 1-jährige Tochter wurde gedacht: Kinderstuhl und -bett standen bereit. Die Lage (ruhig, direkt am Park, Parkplätze, Spielplätze, 2min von Innenstadt) und Sauberkeit der Wohnung sind nicht zu übertreffen. Vielen Dank, dass wir Gäste sein durften 🙏🏻

Das wunderschöne, moderne und helle Häuschen von Peter und seiner Frau ist wirklich eine Reise und einen Aufenthalt wert. Es ist super geräumig und sehr gemütlich. Es läd so richtig schön zum Verweilen ein! Und obendrein, ist die Umgebung auch einfach malerisch und bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Gastgeber geben sich größte Mühe, dass der Aufenthalt wirklich wunderbar wird! Die Kommunikation ist super, die Ausstattung im Haus qualitativ und sehr hochwertig. Es fehlt an gar nichts! Die Anzeige entspricht wirklich genau dem, was geboten ist! Super! Danke!

Alloggio stupendo, Oana é un Host impeccabile, amichevole e gentile da subito. La casa é ancora meglio rispetto alle foto! É un ambiente tranquillo, caldo e accogliente. Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie über Weihnachten im Ferienhaus von Christian. Hat alles super geklappt. Das Stubaital ist toll, so viel zu unternehmen. Sei es Rodeln in Mieders und Fulpmes oder der Stubaier Gletscher mit Top of Tirol. Zudem ist Innsbruck mit den schönen Weihnachtsmärkten nicht weit. Ein Baumständer wurde für uns ebenfalls besorgt.

Du Unterkunft von Sergio war sehr schön. Im Winter bei viel Schnee braucht man Schneeketten. Man hat es sehr ruhig und trotzdem sind Supermärkte schnell zu erreichen und um zur Sella Ronda einzusteigen fährt man nur 15 min.

Wenn es kalt ist, kann man das Feuer am Kamin geniessen oder die Sauna und bei Sonnenwetter kann man im Garten sein oder die Umgebung erkunden. Wir haben einen Klettersteig gemacht, Spaziergänge und die Nordkette/Zoo besucht und ein Wellnessbad, aber man kann auch ohne Problem vor Ort verweilen, einfach einen Tag "zuhause" verbringen, da es sehr gemütlich ist. Cristina und Ernst haben alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie waren sehr gut erreichbar, aber wir hatten auch unseren "Space". Vom Schlafzimmer aus sieht man direkt auf die Berge vis-à-vis, die Umgebung ist sehr gepflegt. Es gab eine Waschmaschine und auch die Küche war komplett eingerichtet, wir haben uns direkt sehr dahoam gefühlt.

We had a great time staying here. My wife and I got married in the Dolomite mountains and loved staying in this airbnb, great amenities and a very responsive and kind host. Do not hesitate to book here, the location is also very ideal and peaceful.
