For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Our house is located in Antholz Obertal away from the village in a quiet and sunny location. We are surrounded by meadows and forests that invite you to relax. In summer, our house is an ideal starting point for our cultivated alpine pastures and our beautiful mountains. In winter, you can use the perfectly groomed slopes in our biathlon center and on the beautiful Kronplatz ski resort. In addition, there are also two toboggan runs to managed huts in the Antholzertal.

The Natur.Appartement 'LÄRCHE' is located on the first floor of the wooden house in the middle of our green meadow. It consists of two floors and has a living room, bathroom and two bedrooms. On the cozy south-facing balcony with its lounge chairs and hammock, you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding mountain peaks. The wooden house was made from the wood of our own forest sustainably and with love and received a timber construction award.
