Sie wohnen im ersten Stock und verfügen über zwei Etagen. Auf jeder Etage haben wir ein Bad mit Dusche und WC, im Obergeschoss wartet zudem auch noch eine Badewanne auf Sie. Die Balkone haben eine Süd-West-Ausrichtung für einen herrlichen Ausblick und viel Sonnenschein. Ein Parkettboden sorgt für eine angenehme Atmosphäre und Sie können einen Schwedenofen als gemütliches Highlight nutzen. Zwei Flat-TV in den Schlafzimmern sind selbstverständlich. The flat is located in the subterranean of a large house in a very quiet area of the Zillertal. It is less than five minutes by car to one of the biggest skiing areas - Mayrhofner Bergbahnen. The flat has a bedroom (brand new beds and mattresses), bathroom, living and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook delicious meals. You have your own entrance and a free parking space on the road. As the flat is close to the wood, you can go for lovely walks in the forest nearby.

Ruhige Lage, Bauernhof mit Ziegen, Alpacas, Spielplatz, viele Wanderwege, Fahrrad fahren oder einfach nur die schöne Aussicht genießen. Im Winter Teller rutschen, Rodeln, Touren gehen, Schneeschuhwanderungen. Wir haben über 50 Bienenvölker auf unseren Ländereien, sowie viele Imkereiprodukte mit Verkostung.
